I did quite a bit of looking before purchasing this sound bar and sub. I am quite pleased with the sound quality of the system. It is a vast improvement over the small downward pointing tv speakers. Only real issue I've had is periodically it doesn't turn on. Turn sound bar power off then back on it fires up. No biggie really. The satellite speakers are useless. Excellent bass out of the sub. One other issue, I have a Vizio tv, the sound bar is taller than the tv base. So when you went to use the tv remote you would have to hold it way up in the air to get signal over the sound bar. I had to make a spacer and raise up the tv. You would think the engineers would look at something like that. For the price I think it's hard to beat it. Just my two cents.

Design, built quality, and sound are all good. It is very easy to install and truly changes your movie/gaming experience especially in small-medium rooms. The only negative side is that for some, the subwoofer may sound too bassy which can reduce the volume and clarity of dialogues. Considering the price, this item has the best bang for the buck.

Great soundbar for beginner theater sound system adds great volume instead of tv. Sub and surround speakers are ok but not great

I purchased this sound bar because it has a wireless subwoofer and 5.1 surround. It connects to my LG tv via hdmi cable. The bass is very good when viewing action movies, and the rear surround speakers are clear. I read reviews of this and other sound bars, and this one had a higher reviewer rating than several of the more costly brands.

This is a great product, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great sounding system.

The effect of surround sound television is very satisfying

I used to have an Onkyo surround system with large speakers and a massive subwoofer. This takes up much less space, and has amazing sound quality. Plus, the rear speakers attach to the wireless subwoofer, so you don't have to run cords across the room. Outstanding value.
