The tv had a dead pixel right out the box! Contacted Vizio customer service followed all of their instructions by doing a “power cycle”. Didn’t work. I bought this as an “upgrade” to my TCL. I have to say I was very disappointed. Picture quality on Vizio was average at best. I bought this because so many reviews stated how great it was for gaming. I returned and hooked back up my TCL. I have two TCL brand TVs and never had any problems.

I bought this tv for my kids room let’s just say my tv is good as new as well it’s fully functional and it’s already logged in to everything they need.... let me go ahead and hook this up in my room..#don’t judge me ! I love it it’s amazing!!!

The picture is good and so it the size but the sound?? NO! The speakers are sub par ( probably have to get a sound bar to make an impact on movie night), volume can be turned up to 75 and it sounds like 32, my tv turns on and off when it wants, disconnects itself from my WiFi so I have to put it back in every time and my Hulu hasn’t been working. I want to take it back but it’ll be a hassle getting the mounting down off the wall. I actually love video products but today? Vizio you do not get my thumbs up this time

Picked this up on a Black Friday sale. Definitely the best tv deal I’ve gotten. 120fps on 4K is top tier. Only thing I could ask for is a display port input but aside from that I had it set up and updated within 15 min. Only thing I haven’t tested is using it with my gaming pc or Xbox. Would recommend.

Hello STEALTHCAT, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
