This Vizio 55 inch Smart TV is a great deal. What is also great is that for TV's over 50", Best Buy will set-up your TV (put stand together and connect to your Cable Box, Blu-Ray player, etc), but more importantly haul away your old TV. Adjusting the picture to your preferences is very easy. Also, the built in wireless immediately connected to my network by just following the prompts on the TV....Smart apps work well. Overal, a great TV!!!

The TV has a great picture it was easy to set up. The smart features are also easy to start.

Im happy with this purchase, simply coz it didn't break our bank, and does the job! We can enjoy our amazon, Netflix and its HD. It was affordable and was perfect for us with tight budget and also coz we have a toddler. No need for super duper TV for us. Overall if u are tight and yet need big screen, smart TV features, don't need 3D or curved or the top of the line TV - go for it! Its a bargain and good deal. And it's 55"!

Picture quality is crisp and the black is ink black, easy to access smart options. Sound quality is OK but that was expected. I have a surround system to use so it wasn't an issue This is a GREAT value for the money Delivery guys were very professional, went over the features, took all the packing with them. Heck, they even programmed my remote I went back and bought a Vizio 32" one for another room

I purchased a couple Vizio TVs at the same time (E and M series) and was pleasantly suprised with the quality of this TV for the price paid. Don't expect a brilliant picture however for the price and the use it worked perfectly. Easy to setup and wifi for smart tv worked with no issues. I would recommend this for someone looking for a low cost tv with a good but not great picture.

The Vizio E55-C2 is a pretty good TV, and especially good for the price. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but the picture quality is good. It's a great option for those looking for a cheaper larger 1080p TV with good picture quality. The blacks are dark, and cloudiness is only really visible with fully black screens. It's also able to play DVDs, Blu-rays, and streaming movies smoothly, which is great. With proper calibration, the TV's color is good. It doesn't have as wide a range of colors as the highest-end TVs do, though. This TV's sound isn't the best, and gets pretty distorted at high volumes. This TV's bass isn't great, either. Lower volumes sound okay (for TV speakers), but you should definitely invest in a speaker set if you want to crank it up. The remote is decent, and there are just enough HDMI ports for most people to get by. The smart features are so-so. There aren't that many apps available, but you'll have access to most of the main services (Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu Plus, etc).

After looking at other brands and higher priced TVs (not 4K), I ended up with the VIzio E-Series. The image is very clear, not pixelated at all. Out of all the TVs they had on display, I thought this one had the sharper image out of all (again, not considering 4K) with a very good brightness as well. It has several options of Energy Saving, including turning off display if image stays still for more than X minutes (I found that very useful), and one of the great things it has is the Netflix app. It is really similar to the app on the PlayStation, which is 100 times better than the app on my older 40'' Samsung LED TV. The sounds is good, it works on my living room. However, I'm already looking for a soundbar to hook up under the TV to actually feel the bass when watching movies. Overall it's a great TV and would recommend it to anyone!

Great size, price & smartness! Great value compared to other brands.

Purchased this Vizio 55 inch to fit on a certain shelf because of its base did not expect such a great picture and very easy to set up. price was beyond belief for all your getting than found it for a bit less and with the Best Buy price guarantee was able to save an additional $ 20.00. Have a Samsung 55 inch also but for the money this is a better buy.

I will admit I was looking at LG or SAMSUNG TVs that were 55" and LED. I had a 10% movers coupon and I was trying to keep it under $600. I couldn't use the Movers Coupon on the LG and even with the Samsung I was over $700. I had bought Vizio in the past and had great luck. So I thought what the heck, the reviews look good, etc. Bought the TV on 9/6. Went to this site http://www.rtings.com/reviews/tv/lcd-led/vizio/e-series-2015/settings to get the TV calibrated. Once calibrated this TV really pops. Just watching Patriots vs. Steelers tonight on Opening Night was amazing. Weak points for the TV is the sound and the remote has a cheap feeling. I added a Vizio Soundbar and that eliminated that issue all together. So for under $600, LED, Smart TV, 3 HDMIs, New and Redesigned for 2015 you can't go wrong with the E55-C1. It truly is a great value, and I am very satisfied with the feature set, especially at this price point. Hope this helps you make an informed decision!

Love it great picture,wonderful colors and of course great price

Vizio in my opinion manufactures great TV's for the price. No, it does not present the best picture when you are comparing to other consumer brands, but what it does produce is a great picture, packed with smart streaming features whether utilizing wired or wireless networks, and a size that will accommodate small to medium sized rooms perfectly.

I have done a lot of research on TV's the last couple of years. I purchased this TV based on Quality, Price, and Features. I am very happy with it. Very easy to get it installed and started and connected to our Wi-Fi. I would suggest this TV to anyone. The picture quality is great and all of the SmartTV features are very easy to use.

I was looking for a tv to put in my apt in Texas before i came back to La for work, so i went and looked for a 4k but noticed this 55in for 500 bucks. Pic is great, it has apps

I was waffling over whether to invest in the 4K TV or stay with the 1080. I ultimately decided to go with the Vizio 55" E-Class TV. I am very happy with that decision. The picture quality is very good and I like the built in Amazon and Netflix one button access features. The picture quality has proven to be everything I had expected....crisp, clear 1080p picture quality. There are only a couple of small "negatives" with the set. First, I wish the on-screen display when you push the "Info" button was larger font and easier to read. I also wish it had a better built-in guide when in Antenna mode. (My smaller 32" Samsung has a great built-in guide for seeing what is on when in Antenna mode). Also, I wish the Facebook app worked well (or at all). I can't seem to get it do anything worth having. However, those two negatives aside, I got what I wanted...a great picture at a great price.

Does everything as advertised! Picture looks great. TV runs smooth. Smart features only present when you want them! TV doesn't run off them. Big plus!

I bought this tv a few months ago and love it. I originally purchased a 4K ultra and the picture was dim. We adjusted all of the settings to see if we could improve it but I just insisted my husband return and get a different tv. He came home with this and I'm truly satisfied. Clear picture, vibrant color. Love this tv.
