I was doubtful that a Vizio TV would be something that I would buy, but after reading the reviews, I was sold. The picture is excellent...not perfect, but the best you will get under $1200. It is an A instead of an A plus--the A plus is going to cost you 30 percent more. The only real problem with the TV is the apps are horrible--the Netflix and Amazon apps are great and have a direct connect button on the remote but the rest are not that great. Watching netflix in 4k from the direct connection button on the remote is a nice feature, But lets be honest, you dont need a ton of apps. Chances are you have an xbox, playstation, roku or chromecast that has all the apps you need. Great TV for gaming...my Xbox one ans PS4 look great on it! No lag.

The size and picture quality for the price is absolutely amazing! The only thing we wish we could change is the input lag. We are major gamers and there is a noticeable lag with the tv.

TV works great, nice picture quality. Don't know about the sound (I use a separate sound system). Only issue I have is sync between picture and sound. There are not a lot of options to correct this. It is also not possible to go online, you can only use pre-installed apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc)

We love our new Vizio 55 inch TV! The picture quality is great! The only problem we have with the TV is the volume seems muted when we do not have the surround sound on.

This is the best 4K HD TV for the money. The picture is so clear and sharp. The set up is super simple. Almost plug and play. I would have given it 5 stars but the remote is a little weak, even with new batteries.

beats anything within $300 of this price. It has the best picture and lowest input lag out of all the tv's I previewed. Perfect for gaming.

I love this TV it has a very clear picture and super smooth. The apps are great the remote is set up perfectly. If I could change one thing it would be to have better stock sound and an internet browser. Overall this TV was great and I do not regret purchasing it one bit

Bought this tv on Black Friday and am not a bit disappointed. Picture is awesome. 4K is glorious. Great smart tv for all my streaming needs. Buy this tv!

We were looking for a TV to replace our old Sony which stopped working recently. We are extremely happy with the purchase of this Vizio M-55-4K Ultra HD TV for the excellent quality and price!

Pros - amazing picture quality - affordable - easy to set up Cons - sound quality when playing bluray discs is very poor. Voices too low - weird issues with picture not showing up. It happens rarely but I notice it. I have to turn the set off then turn it on again.

We purchased this open box and it was perfect. Only reason a 4 star is the speakers are not great. Picture quality is beautiful!!!

I like almost everything about this TV. Setup went easy, the look is nice, and performance is great. The picture is great with one small exception, I want blacker blacks. Comparing it to my LG LED side-by-side, the LG has a little better blacks than the Vizio.

I love the picture on my new TV !! The sound could better but planned on getting a sound bar anyway. Bought a Vizio sound bar( you can only use the TV's speakers or the sound bar NOT BOTH) and hooked it up the tv remote heck even my Directv remote works with both since it is paired with my TV. $950 was more than I wanted to spend but IMO the picture is worth it even my wife can't get over it. Can't wait for Packer football this season !!!

We love this TV. The picture is perfect and the remote has a keyboard on the back we found surprisingly useful.

Best price and features, picture is amazing used to shop SAMs but they don't price match or have the products they advertise in stock. Best Buy will be where I shop from now on!

I bought this to replace the 40" 1080P television in my bedroom. Provides a nice and clear picture at a great price. Very easy to setup and the Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons on the remote make it very easy to quickly access that content

Excellent black color level and great smart tv options. The built in keyboard on the remote makes the apps easy to use. Only drawback is that the volume on the tv is quiet so it does need to be connected to a home theater.

Compared prices, specs and customer reviews and we decided on the Vizio M55-C2. Excellent assistance at BB-Monroe. TV easy to setup. Had to call Vizio service on what we learned was a software issue with Netflix. All good. Vizio customer support excellent and quick. Color, sound, picture quality all great. Hint - to get better sound, check the Volume Leveling on Menu/Audio. By default it's off. Once on. sound is fantastic. We did not purchase sound bar. We will wait and see. Thanks BB - Mike and Eric

This TV is extremely good for its price to performance ratio. 4K is crisp and 1080p upscaling is not as blurry as most 4k TV sets. Black levels, while good, do show their weakness in dimly lit rooms, there is also quite a bit of backlight bleed on the left and right of the screen in some situations. No flashlighting or cloudiness that nearly all 1080p LED televisions suffer from. Can't believe it is under $1,000.

I had reviewed several uhtvs before deciding on this one and so far it's worth the price. I don't believe you will go wrong buying it. I'm not getting into anything technical about the tv but in my opinion the picture quality is as good or better than tvs costing much more. So far I am very satisfied with it and would recommend buying it.
