One of my main complaints is that, unlike any other tv I have had, if you are on an input source and want to switch to an antenna station, you cannot just punch in the station number. You have to actually switch input sources to antenna first. The remote has loud clicks with every button which is also a little thing that bothers me. My main complaint is that after 1 month, the input menu would randomly start cycling through all of the input sources. This would sometimes last a few minutes up to 30 minutes. Geek Squad thankfully came out quickly and replaced the part. My confidence in the longevity of this product is pretty shaky. Other than that, the picture is great and the tv works as you'd expect.

The Vizio M series 60 class is a great TV for the price. It has a great picture and it is smart.

Great picture and features for the price and size of TV

I was shopping for the 65", but the 60" was in stock so that is what I walked away with. Overall, no complaint except maybe the sound isn't as loud as I would have hoped (no TV is great, but you really have to get up there in volume to get a decent, room filling, sound). That said - the sound from the TV alone is clear and crisp at any volume. A sound bar makes the world of difference. The built in apps are OK....Netflix and Amazon being the two most useful ones. I would purchase this again.......or recommend to a friend.

Personal Christmas gift. This tv has been an excellent addition to my home. 4K picture is phenomenal! As with all of my BestBuy tv purchases, I have the calibration scheduled and would recommend this to anyone. I have calibrated two other TV's in the past with Geek Squad and truly believe this has resulted in improved performance and life of the TV's. Besides making the picture outstanding, calibration lowers the heat production of the tv and reduces the electrical use.

This TV was purchased as a replacement for an older 46" (non smart) TV. Due to the newer design, this 60" doesn't take up much more wall space than the older 46" did. The picture quality is great. Wireless connectivity for SmartTV apps was very simple. Picture settings seems a bit overwhelming but default settings are a good place to start.

This tv has has a crystal clear picture and it is easy enough for my 6 year old to operate

We saw our old old tv die recently and went shopping for a new one. I wasn't sure what I would buy but knew it would not be a Vizio brand for some reason. Well, we looked at Best Buy at all models and came home and read reviews on CNet and went back to store and looked some more. The Vizio smart TV in 60" just had a picture better than other brands in price range and equal we thought to TV;s hundreds of dollars higher, so in spite of myself we bought the Vizio and now after a month or so love it. Great picture, good sound for a thin tv and overall very satisfied. The Best Buy delivery guys delivered and set up without a hitch and had us going in no time. Great professional help at store and on delivery and setup. This is the Best Buy I used to know back again after a lapse I thought in service for awhile. Great to have them back in full form and remember don't discount Vizio anymore either.

I purchased this set to get the latest technology, it was easy to set up and is performing very well. Very good picture quality and surprisingly good sound from the tv speakers. I have not yet bothered to add a sound system.

This product is decent for the price of you buy it on sale, not full price. Fairly easy set up and the picture quality is pretty good. It took some getting used to the black tones, coming from a plasma. I would wait it out, usually Best Buy has the 65" version on sale for $999.99, which is what I paid for this one on sale.

The Vizio was everything I wanted in a TV. Beautiful, intuitive, and a great price. Highly recommended.

Excellent color. Inky blacks on 4k material. Easy to calibrate.

TV picture quality is great! Very satisfied. The built in speakers are not good, but paired with the Visio soundbar it is a very great sound and easy setup. One thing is the apps are very glitchy. Spotify app is horrible it always glitches, disconnects from the Internet and you can only listen to your playlists, search by songs/artist. None of the browse or spotify playlists are there. Netflix and YouTube are a lot better but will drop the connection every once in a while.

Overall a very good product with easy to use full qwerty keyboard and simple remote. Only con is it has no browser.

This TV has great picture. I love that it has 5 HDMI ports.
