My mom and I went through a number of set top box streamers for her. She wanted something small and simple to run netflix and pandora. We tried another brand first (rhymes with sno-ku), but they would not stay connected to her ISP provided gateway. I tried all settings that I could come up with, but I was over every single day to try and fix it. I decided it was time to get a new brand to see if it worked and I was amazed how easily it connected. It has yet to get disconnected and she's been using it nearly every day for about a month now. She's so happy with it and is mainly house-bound so she's become a pretty heavy power user. It is not too sluggish (I noticed some of the boxes required that you push the button and then wait for the reaction on the box; quite tiresome and hard for my mom to tell if something was selected or not. And forget about being able to search using an on screen keyboard), but this one is quite speedy. She likes it a lot and it is just an added bonus that the tv can get routed through it as well, but that part is a little confusing for her, so she just uses each input independently. Overall: highly impressed.

I like the variety of streaming services. YouTube buffers a lot. I only paid $19.99 & at that price I'm satisfied.

The device streams very good and the apps work. Quite portable and easy to connect. The user interface on the other hand is poorly designed. It takes forever to type something using the remote provided and the device does not support external keyboards. Also, there is no way to search for movie titles inside the Netflix app. I mainly bought this device to stream Netflix but if there is no search functionality, there is no use of it to me. Youtube app works well and pairs with devices well.

This box was great for TV streaming, the price is great, I purchased it on sale.
