A nice sound bar was what i was looking for and this did the job sounds awesome did not expect this much sound out of it and the bass did not let me down as well. Mostly used for music but if we watch movies it does a great job as well! Only thing i got a complaint about is the remote has a small screen but no light makes it hard to use settings at night but i can live with that. Over all great product would recommend!!

This is my third set, I love the Vizio system! HUGE sound out of a small system and the base is amazing. I purchased this set for my son and fiancée for Christmas.

I’ve had this product for about a week and thus far have made 5 calls to VIZIO’s Tech Support amounting to about 2-1/2-3 hours on the phone with them. I read plenty of reviews before making my purchase, mostly good and the bad ones we relating to some users having connectivity issues between the sound bar and the subwoofer. I initially had trouble paring the sound bar to my phone, pairing the soundbar to Wi-Fi and pairing the soundbar to the subwoofer. I called VIZIO’s tech support and they were very helpful walking me through the process, after about an hour on the phone and performing a master reset on the unit everything worked. The sound of the SB4051-D5 was outstanding, I was very pleased. BUT WAIT…..After the 1st use I noticed that the subwoofer was not staying paired with the sound bar, and I had to connect it manually. This is an ongoing issue and the most frustrating part about the process, the subwoofer does not stay paired. After a few more calls with VIZIO and a few more master resets, VIZIO determined I have a faulty unit and decided to exchange the unit for another. I have had a very pleasant experience with their customer service team so kudos for that VIZIO. Everyone deserves a second chance right…so I’m giving one to VIZIO. Maybe this replacement will work flawlessly….but maybe not, we shall see.

Based on the reviews I bought these with high expectations. I was rewarded with good bass and excellent 5.1 sound. So glad I bought this set.

I use it in my bed room to hook up to my labtop via bluetooth. it works amazing... I can listen to music watch movies... only down fall is that it doesn't automatically connect and I have to turn it on and hit blue tooth everytime and than somtimes turn my bluetooth on and off on my computer..... But that could be my computer's fault but it stays connected. sounds great

I am very happy with the product, the sound is good but some might want more amps. The SW is awesome. Over all very good for the price. perfect for smaller rooms. mine is in a room 18' x 18' with low ceilings.

I am very satisfied with the product from the sound quality point of view. This is good value for money. Only small issue I see is that it is not complete wireless - Rear Satellite Speakers needs to be wired.

For the money this system is just fine. Connecting communication to the woofer was a bit of a hassle but that all worked out too. Basic connections are straight forward and the sound is not Bose but good.

The setup was really easy and it looks great. The sub fits under the TV perfectly. Sometimes I wish it had a little better highs

Great sound for a small room. Bought it for living room but too big of an area to experience the true surround sound. Sometimes had to reset subwoofer because it will drop off on several occasions.

Awesome piece of technology. Really brings home the bass. Dont let the slim design of the woofer fool you. This bad boy thumps. The satellite speakers give true surround. I have this in the bedroom placed the subwoofer under the bed and I am enjoying the movies. The Vizio smart cast app is awesome. Setup is easy. The remote is nice. Love it.

Good sound overall but surround sound is weak. The remote is lacking and documentation stinks. You’d think for the price it would rival some of the higher end speaker makers!

This little surround sound system works well. It handled the "Straight Outta Compton" movie great. I really like the lack of wires from the mostly wireless nature of the system. The center chanel sounds good, and like i said the bass, kept up well, with straight outta compton. Pairs easily, and I like how you can smart cast to the tv and to the surround sound different things.

Great surround sound..easy placement. use it under your seat and feel like you're in the theatre

I bought this system on sale with my new vizio TV. True surround sound and over all great sound

Set out for some wireless back speakers to drown out the children at pool. After testing several systems in the store we decided on this one. I think it's great for an apartment because has a great sound doesn't annoy your neighbors. We set up the subwoofer under the couch and now we have great surround sound. The only take away is setting up the remote should be a little more simplistic.

So this is not true surround sound. I have that in my basement. This is however an outstanding option for a smaller space. The sub is fantastic. The slim design lets me hide it behind the couch. Needless to say it shakes when the action scenes hit! When I'm watching a basketball game you will hear crowd noises from the rear speakers. The ultimate test was the wife test. She said "does it have to be so loud!" I'm going on 4 months now and still love it. I'm no audiophile but the bass is great and speakers loud. Just don't expect the bullets to wiz pass your ear.
