||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure what’s going on this order was a complete disappointment, first of all I put this order in on the 15 of December every time I checked the my order it said in process, so just yesterday since it was a Christmas gift I called and the lady told me my order has been ready, so now I check for my installation that I paid for was done today on Christmas Eve when I haven’t even given the gift to my wife I’m very upset about this whole situation and I think it should be resolved on you guys end.

Not able to reschedule a service

I couldnt get anyone in the department on the phone and I am unable to reschedule a service I paid for.

Would not install it even with appointment booked

Brought home and did self install
