I was really excited about this humidifier, the different settings for heat and humidity seemed amazing. 1) The full tank last no more than four hours. 2) They need to be 'deep cleaned' almost weekly with use at night, which is only again about 4 hours a night. The cleaning is recommended with their solution only. 3) I have returned two of these. Every time I clean it, it functions for about a day or two, and then stops working completely. This product is a waste of money, which is a shame. When it does work, it works really well. For the amount of money that is spent on this, it is not worth it. There are better humidifiers that are a less expensive, require less maintenance, and actually last years instead of days.

I loved it initially but it only lasted about a year before it stopped functioning well. It was also difficult to clean and a little pricey.

I used this device for 2 and a half weeks. Water tank only stays filled for 4-5 hours, doesn’t shut off when water runs out, you can tell they tried to make this thing easy to clean but only made it harder to get the mineral build-up cleaned out, it’s noisy, and the three temperature settings all feel hot. Used the unit for four nights. Ran out of water each night, appears to not have an automatic shutoff when out of water, mist was warm and was supposed to be cool and found after the last night of use it looked like it melted a hole in the outside case. Would not purchase this unit.

It can certainly put some humidity in the air. Unfortunately, this means frequent refills - a unit outputting at this capacity should have a larger tank. I do love the convenience of the tank, and how easy it is to open and fill. The display is surprisingly bright, which is very noticeable at night. Between the display brightness and the tank capacity, I’ve moved this unit to the living room where I can more easily keep an eye on it, as well as use it as a night light.

Does job, confusing controls, nuisance to clean and should be cleaned weekly. Not very quiet, but manageable.

Works well with the heated steam being a useful setting and seems to do a good job dispersing the moisture with no dust. On the other hand, the water reservoir lasts only a couple hours so I’m always refilling. The moisture setting is useless and does not work at all. It gurgles when in use and a tad noisier than expected, but like a fish tank you get used to it. It will work for the season and will then dispose when winter is over.

Works great, but wish u could add water without taking apart because u have to refill frequently on the warm setting

bought this for my apartment to help with the humidity. Liked the cool, warm hot settings. Although the cool was still a bit warm, and the indicator light was quite bright. The biggest issue was the unit would run out of water in 5 hrs regardless of the humidity setting or if it was in a closed room or open area. Will be looking to return.

It does get the job done, but 2 downfalls to this product, you have to constantly fill the water tank every few hours, and its very noisy. I couldnt use this in the bedroom due to the noise it produces

Really like the look of this product and it runs very quietly. Also love the different settings from cool to hot. Only drawback is we are constantly refilling it so maybe a bigger reservoir would be better.

Starts humidifiying the room almost imidiately and, only con is that it’s doesnt last as long as it display on box and I have to fill the water tank pretty often, but over all great product

I really do like it, it's a little loud and too bright at night, but the mist is not cloudy. Overall I like it. I had a real bad congestion and this helped to relieve me.

Didnt care for it. Was loud and didn't do much . Was very disappointed

runs out very fast. we bought the bigger one too and it last so much longer

This is a good humidifier, and I chose this particular one because it has warm/hot steam options. Works great, but with one caveat: the display lights are way too bright and there is no option to turn them off. I actually put a black tape over it to cover. If you’re bothered by lights when you sleep, might not be a good option. Otherwise, good.

Worked, but was just too small for any sized room really

Used this in a small bedroom and a medium bedroom. Great overall, easy to use. Really does run the 4 hrs before it needs to be refilled

I've been getting sinus headaches with the cold dry weather put this in my room at night sinus pressure is a lot better

This product is so noisy and annoying I returned it.
