This thing will push out I have no doubt. I have 2 other vornado fans that are powerhouses and was really looking forward to this one, but I have a tiny space for it and not only does it not swivel at a down angle for a higher shelf space, but it doesn't turn side to side! That's such a basic option for fans, it makes no sense that it shouldn't turn... Returning for a refund, I'll find something else.

I needed something to cool down my apartment with no air conditioner and it didn't help much. The design is very modern though and I liked that aspect.

This one is one of the largest floor fans in their line and it didn't feel strong enough. We were disappointed and returned it. The search is still on.
