I like this heater. It's nice and small and efficient!

We bought this to thaw the pipes out in our bathroom after snow storm and it didn't even warm up a small bathroom. We returned it and bought 3 from walmart cheaper than this one that heated the entire house

This was a great heater. I mistakenly bought it thinking it was a fan. I ended up returning it. I have been using vornado products for decades and still have some older models with lifetime warranties. Vonado is the best imo.

Purchased this product in case of power failure. Product was way smaller than i thought.

The heater was overpriced & literally blew cool air.

Very disappointing especially since you'll find good reviews in some places, specifically consumer reports. Didn't really heat much at all for us, maybe in a really small room with the door closed it would be different but I can't imagine so. And this was used in May, not the dead of winter. Got a great deal on it here on clearance but had to return it. Really disappointed in the Vornado brand, do not buy this. Bestbuy service was excellent, though!

I love this product because it a heater and a fan at the same time, meaning two in one. Love it.

It does the job and heats up very easy and it's easy to operate. I would recommend this to a friend.

Very slim will sit in a corner but did not like it don't think it blew enough heat

This is the second heater ..i had the same experience with both of them i turn them on and i get a big cloud of smoke and the fans make really loud rumbling sounds both heaters i received where defective worst experience ever

It never heated a small bathroom. It would get to 51 degrees and turn off. I kept it for 3 days and took it back. It was unable to reach the 65 degrees I had it set on.

Being that this heater was $100.00 I expected better. My daughters $10.00 one from Walmart worked way better. I returned for that reason.

Didn’t work from the day I brought it home just haven’t had the time to go get my money back yet.

I bought this Vornado unti at the same time as the Crane - Ceramic Tower Heater - Black Model: EE-8079SKU: 1366063. At $40 cheaper the Crane completely dominates the Vornado. The Crane produces HOT air on HI (1500 watts) while the Vornado blows warm air on HI (1500 watts). And that's checking it after 5 minutes on and 30 minutes on. Additionally the Vornado is noisier and even has a vibration rattle if it isn't footed evenly on the floor. The Crane is better constructed (very solid and attractive# and has a better features, like oscillation and a remote control which allows you to set time (up to 12 hours). Once the Crane unit got the room to 68 it shut off and was easily able to maintain that setting for the 12 hour period, while the Vornado kept running!

I don't know if I simply got a lemon, but this heater was very disappointing. My wife and I have been big fans (pun intended) of Vornado products for many years, and their reputation factored heavily in my decision to purchase this heater. It was a bit pricey, but I figured I would be getting my money's worth. Unfortunately I was wrong. The heater looks impressive enough, although it was a bit smaller than I had expected when I got it home and compared it to the other heaters we already owned and used in other rooms. I wanted this heater for our living room, thinking it would be more effective to use a single heater instead of trying to heat half of the house for the one room. Sadly, we decided within a day of plugging this heater in the first time that it wasn't going to work for us. For a retail price of $129.99 I expect a tower heater to be quiet enough that I don't really pay attention to it. This was not the case with the ATH1, as it rattled persistently along with a regular humming noise. To go along with the disappointing noise level, we found that the heater had little effect on the temp in our living room. It did not seem to matter how high we set the temperature on the ATH1 either. The room is large (~18x16) but not huge by my standards; I wouldn't consider it a "great room" for example. By comparison, the several years old Lasko tower heater that we brought from a different room did effectively heat the same room, so that was the last straw for the Vornado ATH1. I hope other folks have better luck with the ATH1 if they choose it; frankly, this experience has shaken our confidence in Vornado going forward.

This heater seems to only work if you are directly in front of it. Doesn't heat up the room at all. The best description would be that this heats up you leg and maybe your ankle. The heat does not travel at all. Taking it back today. The winter is too cold for a product that doesn't perform.

I originally bought this for use in my daughter's room to keep her warm at night. However she couldn't use it at night bc it was too loud (rattles constantly). Then I used it (not wanting to send it back) and it can't keep my room warm nor can I sleep with it on either. Bought us 2 cheap $20 heaters and both work better than this one.
