This movie isn’t for everyone but if you have the opportunity to see it, it might be just for you. Portman’s performance is amazing but her untreated trauma may leave some people on the fence about this movie. There are a couple of really good songs on the soundtrack and the story will stick with you if you let it....

Can't say much about this film without giving away spoilers, and this one is best going in blind. A fascinating directorial debut from actor Brady Corbet. The cinematography is excellent, direction is impressive for a first time filmmaker (who certainly picked up a few pointers working with masters like Michael Haneke), and the original music by Sia is great. A surreal and soulful film. Highly recommended.

The power of fame and it's crushing weight on the creative artist. Ending with a wail of loss and despair.

Very strange movie. Wasn't quite what I was expecting it to be. But Natalie Portman was excellent.
