The camera only stays connected for about 5 minutes before needing to be turned off and on again in order to reconnect. Unable to connect with WiFi and through the app as well. Unable to return as it’s past the return date. Don’t waste your money

At first, the VTech baby monitor worked great. It has a lot of great features built-in, which I enjoyed. Fast forward four weeks later, and now I have issues with the system. The monitor will connect to the camera briefly and then cut out and say the monitor is out of range. I've tried everything from resetting the camera, monitor, and using the wifi feature. All results lead to a disconnection between the monitor and the camera. I can have the two in the same room feet apart, and within 5 minutes, it will disconnect and tell me the monitor is out of range from the camera. Of course, it all started after the return window closed, so now Im stuck with a useless device. I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for a baby monitor.

The previous versions of this used USB-C as the charging port on the display. The new version (this) is some proprietary barrel connector nonsense. So your telling me i can only charge the display in one place in my house instead of all over via the million USB-C cords I have laying aroind? No thanks. Useless. Returned and got something from another brand that had USB-C.

Worst baby monitor I’ve ever purchased. Had nothing but trouble out of this unit. Constant connection issues. Do NOT buy this product. I will never buy another a VTech monitor again. Mine has flat out stopped connecting at all now.
