Very clear crisp sound, wide range volume,loud enough for the hard of hearing. Caller ID letters are large, background and numbers are well lit and easy to read. Ringers can be cut off on individual handset. Speaker phone is clear no walkie talkie effect.

I purchased this phone system since my last one got hit with lightening. The last one I had was a vtech and I loved it and this one had two extra handsets so I thought for the extra money it would be worth it. I love the looks to this phone and the way it wall mounts and the extra headsets. I don't like the static with this phone. No matter where you use it if you move even slightly there is static. Also once in a while when you hit delete it does not delete your message and you have to hit it again. I also don't like that it makes you listen to half the message before it allows you to delete. Overall I am dissapointed and for $89 plus tax feel it is overpriced and overratted.

I'm using these phones for personal and business. These phones were recommended to me by a coworker. So far I'm quite impressed! I was worried that the phones would interfere with my wireless network but so far there have been zero problems. Some people may not know that your handset communicates with the base at 2.4 GHz however phone transmissions are at 5.8 Ghz. Generally 2.4 Ghz can interfere with wireless networks since they are on the same band. No problems!!! I hooked up my headset to the phone - reception is still clear and no one could tell that I wasn't speaking directly into the phone itself. The speakerphone function works great too. No complaints here! Great value!

We had several VTech toys for our children, they were very tough and reliable. A friend recommended we check out the VTech phones. So we went looking for new phones and found this set and thought we'd give the VTech's a try. We have used them for several months now and they have proved themselves as reliable as the toys. They have a good sound and are so far as tough as the toys. We have a four year old that can put them to the test.

We recently bouught this phone. WE have had VTech before and this one does not dissapoint either. It is very easy to setup and has many features that are easy to use. What i liked was that the 2nd and 3rd handsets did not require a jack which makes it possible to to plug in anywhere and saves you the wires. this also makes it easy to change up the location at any time. It also has a easy feqture to transfer handsets if anoter person needs to be on the phone. The phones are very lightweight. The setup for the answer system is very simple. THis phone has a very clear and understandable reception. If you are looking for a lasting phone this is the one.

I like the phone and the answering machine. It has the toll saver option which is great to check messages away from home. In a home that doesn't have many phone jacks it works great to be able to put a phone where there is no jack.

I purchased this cordless set several weeks ago and compared to the last 2 I have had, this is the best one yet! The set up is simple, the sound is very clear, and the features are easy to use. With the 3 handsets, I now have one on each floor and haven't missed a call yet.

Purchased a set of 3 phones in July 2007 and have been pleased with this set over previous AT&T brands. Ringtones and volume can be set for each phone and the intercom feature is very useful. Phones also have good interface/colors compared to others. Digital answering machine also works great.

This is my first for this brand. It is very clear, and has great range. The VTech is very easy to setup and having three handsets are great. There is a volume control on the side of each handset as well as a volume control on the answering machine so I don't know what the other review was talking about. You can't go wrong with the price either!

While appealing in many ways and offering many pluses, it was all useless without the phone working. It worked great... for two weeks and then died out. The trouble shooting guide offered a series of complex press this until.. then press that... then do this...wait for that... then do that... Well, I did it over and over and finally returned the phone.

this phone has given me good service. i have had reliablity with this brand.

The unit tha we purchased was so bad that we returned it and purchased a Panasonic. The unit had a lot of static and very low range (25' ) maybe it was just a bad unit .

We recently had to change phones to a 5.6 g, and after trying several, settled in on this Vtech. After setting it up and fully charging the batteries, we found that whenever someone on the other end talked, or any noise came in from the other end, there would be an electrical hum that occurred and would go away when silence occurred. I brought it back and exchanged it for another, and thought the new one was ok, but after speaking to someone for a few minutes, the electric hum began in the new phone too. I brought it back for a refund, and will not try another.
