Set up is very easy. It is great to merge my cell phone into the centralized system Great audio quality and range.

This VTech System complements our existing Uniden 4 Handset System (we recycled a GE Handset System). I actually turned off the Answering System part as we use our Internet/Telephone Service Provider's such that we can access any messages from either/both Systems. Our potential SPAM/ROBO calls have just about been eliminated as it seems the V-Tech Screening works as the calls do not get thru to us. There is some getting used to any new Telephone System but once you read/understand the Instructions, it is pretty easy.

Picked up this set to use in the office since our phone system is outdated and starting to fail. We had tried in the past to use cordless phones but had too much interference with those frequencies to get any kind of usable range. These VTech handsets have incredible range while still having great call quality. Tested at about 200-300 feet from the base station with multiple walls in between and it worked just fine.

Setup is very easy. The use range is great covers my 1/2-acre yard. The Bluetooth cell connection means I only have to carry one of the handsets to talk on two cells and or home line.

This is a great system if for no other than reason than its call blocking feature. Before now, we would get spam calls throughout the day and would only know it when we went to answer. It got to the point where I would answer and immediately hang up, just to make the ringing stop. Now, with this wonderful feature, I no longer have to bother looking. If it's a call I want, the call will go through based on the "allow" list you can build with friends, family and any businesses you want to hear from. The only downside is the awkward intercom system. If you want to reach another handset, you first press Push to Talk, choose which handset you want to reach, then press intercom to finally have it ring through. That's too many steps, in my opinion.

We recently changed from landline phones to VOIP and chose the VTech 5 handsets to update our old phones. We are very pleased with them. We have a 2-story house and the 5 phones work well throughout our space. The price was reasonable for 5 phones. The learning curve was minimal even for senior citizens.

Phone provides clear audio. The phone book is not the first option in the menu, and requires scrolling through the menu, and finding specific number is not intuitive, however. Great price on a great phone system.

Good quality sound. Range in the works well. The only small issue is when it announces a call? The pronunciation is off snd hard to understand.

I purchased this phone system because I needed 5 handsets to cover the large home area inside. I have owned VTech phones before and have always been well satisfied with their quality and performance. This set has the same results. I would recommend this system to anyone who needs a quality and reliable system to use in their home.

This is the best phone system that we found, to block spam and phishing calls, when your phone company doesn’t itself provide adequate tools to stop them. The best price we found was here at BestBuy, and it’s possible to expand this set by adding more individual phones. Many very handy and easy to learn and use features.

The phones are good. Batteries in the phones not so great. Handsets seem to lose battery life to quickly. Other than that issue the phones work pretty good have good sound in ear piece others can hear clearly. I recommend only because the price point and overall features of this phone setup are worth the ok battery life of the phones themselves.

Great reception. Good audio. But the best thing is the ability to Block Callers with one easy click. We have had a problem with those robo callers constantly bothering us. SInce I began using the caller block feature on this system…we have peace and quiet!

Good upgrade , we had the older model . This newer one has a lot more features. It has 5 phones that can go all over the house , and a nice base

We were skeptical of buying this V-Tech System when we chose to upgrade an older and once excellent Panasonic system. Why buy another landline system when cell phones are rendering them obsolete? For those of use "of a certain age" the audio of a landline is vastly superior to that of smart phone, and when one adds the fact that easy programming permits ones cell phone to feed through it, the choice is easy. And the V-Tech audio is superb. Add to that the many "smart" blocking features of V-Tech, and the selection of this system proved timely. Wirecutter names this an "upgrade choice"; Wirecutter is indeed correct.

Bought this for a small home office. Setup was easy. We haven't tested the range limits but it's adequate for our use.

Great range, and receiving sound. I have noticed that people have a hard time hearing us when we're on speaker. Still a good deal.

These wireless phones were just what we needed to replace home phones. They were just as described in write up and easy to set up. They have great features and i was very glad I selected this item.

Very easy to set up. Incoming calls are very clear - no static. And I love the call blocking feature. Receiving a lot less unknown and unavailable calls

I purchased this set of VTech cordless phones because of the advertised super long range. I am amazed at the range of these telephone and highly pleased. They are as advertised at a reasonable price. I ordered them on line and picked them up at the nearest store. Very convenient.
