Bought this to add an additional headset to the original phone system. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it was off and running. Good sound quality, easy to use.

Does just what it says. I installed this phone in Mexico and it works great. However, the answering machine is in English but we don’t mind it.

Bought this as a direct replacement for my mother's home phone system. This replacement phone worked out of the box once "registered" with the main unit. Registration could not be easier. just put handset in the cradle of the main unit, it does it's thing and beeps when ready. Then put the phone back in it's own charging unit and it's good to go.

Good phone if you just neee a phone line for basic use

I don't know who would have an issue with this phone, I certainly don't. It's a wireless house phone. It has great range, keeps a charge and is very inexpensive. I'm happy with my purchase for sure.

I like VTech products and this is no exception. The CS5109 DECT 6.0 Cordless Expansion Handset is the perfect companion for the CS5129 Expandable Cordless Phone System w/ Digital Answering System. We now have a handset on every floor, so no more running up/down stairs to get to answer the phone.

It was pretty easy to add this phone to the base. I hadn't even completed plugging everything in, but I was able to sink this phone, and it works great.

It is a good option to replace a phone at home, if you already have a unit to which you can connect, they work well and for the price it is a good option

This handset is a great expansion for your phones, makes it easy all you have to do is link it to your base with a single phone line and all your phones can work from a single connection through the house.

This phone is great for the price but you need to get used to using it caue instruction manual does not go into much detail on how to use it.

We purchased this handset to give us a total of 4 phones in our house. Soon we will purchase another handset four the garage. We have had VTEC cordless phones in our homes for over 20 years. They are the best. Easy to set up and use, rugged and reliable.

I had to return in because I purchased the wrong kind of phone. I needed one with a base. But the price was very affordable.

I have used VTech products for many years. When I moved my heavy desk for a heavy cleaning, it landed on my phone- it was crushed-BUT- I was able to buy just the replacement phone without having to replace the whole system. Great value.
