The phone sound set is a good quality - easy touch buttons and easy to set up for wireless. The phone system is lightweight - looks like it could break easy if dropped - this is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

This phone does everything a phone should do. We did not want a phone that answers calls because we have an answering service - and this phone is one of the few that doesn't have that unwanted service. It is a little light weight which is both good and bad as it's easy to knock over but it seems durable.

We bought the base and telephone, then was told by the salesperson at Best Buy that we could purchase additional telephones with charger bases and use all over the house. We bought a second unit. A week later, we returned and bought a third telephone with charger. Great idea and they work great.

Handset was purchased as an additional handset for a handicapped person. The original phone was purchased a couple of years ago, and we were thrilled that the expansion handset for the original phone was still available. Works great, and was easy to hook up.

The phone is an additional headset that they is really easy to set up you only have to plug everything in and put the headset on the original models base!

I purchased it before for a family member and it was a great purchase if I need one again I would definitely buy it one more time it has all the features needed

I have two sets of phone lines via VOIP and both sets are VTechs, one set is for home office, the other is family phone setup. VOIP via Obihai and google voice is incredibly cheap and VTech handles the job.

It doesn't allow you to play any games, you can't pay your bills, and you can't facetime. What it does is make calls. Makes outbound calls and takes inbound calls. That is all. And it does it pretty well. Win!
