The sound is good. I love the color as well to match my home decor. It does it’s job and for an awesome price! I would recommend to friends and family. Went with this one because it’s simple nothing too crazy just what I wanted.

I have a history of buying Vtech brand. These phones are good and they have great reception. I usually get the full set of 4. But, my budget said these will do for upstairs and downstairs. Would recommend for someone maintaining a strict budget.

This is a poor product by Vtech. I only used the phone less than 5 times since it was connected in January . It worked in the first 3 times , but the last couple calls that I received was noisy and not clearly at all . I could not hear what the caller was saying and she could not understand what I was saying either . This is a DOA product , but Best Buy stated that their return policy is 15 days. Since I was unable to connect the phone technically so I needed to wait for my children to do the job when he came to see me in January . I explained to the rep about my problem and asked for exception to return this product to Bestbuy for refund, but he declined . I called VTECK, but the phone option could not get me to the right department with the right issue . I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and I will not buy Vtech product anymore and will not like to be a customer to Best Buy either in the future . My previous cordless phone set was made by Panasonic which we used for more than 15 years .

Bought to replace a Uniden two phone set, no answering machine. The batteries on the old set lost charge very quickly so got this to replace it. Works as expected and sound quality is excellent. Very easy to use.

These were easy to set up, work well and are good phones for the price. I wanted the speaker phone, which my previous phones did not have, so I'm happy with that feature. They are easy to use and I like the Vtech brand.

The dual phone VTech phone system is excellent performing. It is fairly simple to set up and has all the features one may want. What is unusual, however, is that there is no blinking lights for calls that have been received with left messages. It is a great price though.

These phones were purchased to replace an older set that just wore out after many years of service. The battery life is good, reception good and functionalality just what I need.

I especially like VTECH phones. I am hearing impaired and they have excellent sound quality.

This is a very nice wireless phone system. Extremely easy to setup - idiot-proof! And it works great. I admit I haven't setup or used the voicemail yet, but I've used the phones for long teleconferences and the battery lasts a long time and they are easier than a cell phone to set down on speaker mode, adjust volume, and switch the mute on and off.

I love Best Buy good quality stuff and good prices make you feel more than just a customer more like a guest who is always welcome

The phone has very good audio quality. It rivals the old Western Electric dial phones for audio quality. The display is sharp and convenient and had little or no issues running thru the menu and setting up the phone. The ring tone selections to choose from could be greater but they serve the purpose. The caller ID is 2 lines so you see the number and origination point usually. The price was right for my budget.
