This phone works good. The sound is good and was easy to set up. If you need a basic phone this is good.

Love this phone! Needed a replacement phone that didn't have answering machine included because I have answering service with my phone provider. Originally chose a high tech, high priced phone, but returned it due to problems. Decided to try this phone and so happy I did. It was very easy to program, reception is excellent, and it does everything I need it to; simply. And the keys are perfect size (not too small, but not too big either), so I don't make mistakes when dialing numbers. I first bought the phone with one hand set, then went back for another handset. (Phone extends to 4 handsets). Walla! My phone problems are gone!

Works fine with my other phone of the same type of phones

I use Magicjack for my phone. When internet was put in my house it was put in the back bedroom. That is where the magicjack had to be put. It plugs into the modem. So I decided to get a 2nd phone for in the living room.Best Buy had the best price on the extension. When I got it I just sat it on the old base and the ex. was updated with everything that is on the main phone. Very easy and well priced. It works great. Has great clear volume. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a compact phone and base so it takes up very little space. The cost is good for the quality and it has all of the necessary features.

I really needed another extension for my land line and little did I know that you could get individual handsets. I had been looking at a new system with enough handsets to meet my needs when I stumbled on a page that had individual handsets. Works great and saved me a bunch of money!

I wish I had added this extra set sooner! I was having to walk all the way to the only phone receiver and had I known I could add a new phone to my setup I would have bought it sooner!! It's a big difference in convenience and it took literally no time for the new phone connect!!

We purchased this cordless handset to add another phone in the house. Note this is an expansion handset, meaning you must already have a base unit that is compatible. We have had excellent service from the VTech products we already own and expect the same from this handset.

I bought a base unit to replace a phone that went bad. I liked it so much that I replaced all of the phones in my home with the system. That's a total of four phones and I only had to "program" the base phone. The rest were just copied from the base. Great System!

Researched several retailers. Best Buy had the lowest price and quickest availability of this VTech cordless phone. Very happy with order process and pickup at local Mooresville, NC store.

The only thing I don't like about this is that it doesn't have a flashing voicemail indicator light like my old VTech phone had.

Really like this expandable handset to go with our base handset. It was super easy to register with the base handset in a matter of a couple minutes max.

These phones were add-ons to our existing unit. They are a perfect match, pairing was incredibly easy. Would definitely recommend!

One of our phones from the original set stopped working when it got wet. This Replacements that is perfect. I just charged it on the original base and it connected to your phone instantly. Super easy not too expensive.
