The sound quality is good and I like the way the wireless headset fits nicely on the phone base when not in use. I don't care for the way it fits my ear. Sometimes I can get it on okay but mostly it is loose and falls off. I've tried each differ toy sized ear loop. Also, the mute button is in a horrible place. I can never find it to turn off and on without taking it off. The biggest issue just occurred today within a month of purchase - the plastic piece that holds the ear loop to the ear piece snapped off making it unusable. Very disappointing.

I was a little concerned about the reviews on this product but I've been very impressed with this phone. I bought it for the headset and it is amazing! I don't feel like it's flimsy or easily breakable. There are very few people that are on the phone more than I am so I am a heavy user and I've had zero problems. Great for the money!

Purchased this for my home. I have never used a headset before. Was weird at first but now I love it! Have had zero problems with the headset. The sound quality is by far the best I have ever had in a cordless phone. It says "HD Audio" on the back of handset. After I made my first call I understood because there is zero background noise in the conversation. The answering machine is pretty basic but that's OK. It seems to be an intelligently designed telephone.

High quality phone that works as advertised. The only annoying thing is that I must turn on the handset before the earpiece in order to make a call. Owned for 30 days and pleased so far. Would like to have three way calling. For the price this is a great phone.

I bought this phone set a month back. I'm quite satisfied with the performance. I'm happy with the wireless earpiece as well. I've connected the ear piece to the larger head-rest than the tiny ear-hook. My only complaint is - when I hook the wireless headset for charging (which is on the master base), the headband is not easy to remove, so I let it remain. But that occupies a lot of space around the master base and makes it clumsy to handle.

We bought this phone for the headset. We bought it before christmas and just today exchanged it for the second time. The phone seems to work well however the headset is not very durable. The little clip where the earpiece or headband hooks into keeps breaking. We have had problems exchanging the phone both times as they keep saying it is not a defect. We even purchased the extra coverage they offered after the first one broke and today again was told accidental breakage was not covered. Unfortunately we were unable to find any other handsfree comparable to this one. We are going to try using the headband this time and hope it works better than the over the ear piece.

Good looks, excellent concept, great value if the headset wasn't so cheap. The main reason I got this phone was to have a cordless headset for business use, but the headset was made of cheap plastic and broke the first day I used it. I was very bummed because it was the perfect design for what I was looking.

I really like this phone. I love the headset. I use the headset most of the time but I do use the handset as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who asks. I am very impressed. I wasn't sure at first if I would like the headset that comes with it but everybody's voices come through loud and clear. I give it 2 thumbs up.

This is a slick product - I am in hours-long conference calls where I have to work on a laptop keyboard. The over-the-ear headset is a great thing or me. But the unit's specs on-line say that this is wall-mountable. It isn't. This is a common problem with specs not being true.

The pin that holds the ear hook/headset broke 31 days after the phone was delivered. Other Best Buy customers and users on other sites have posted the same complaint -- I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Best Buy refused to take it back (if it had broken on the 29th day, apparently they would have) and the manufacturer says it will only repair/replace, not accept a return. Component is badly made, which is too bad since the sound quality was good.

well the concept is great and yest the phones are nice...execpt for the headset. ( thats why i bought it)....the headset itself kind of snaps together with either the ear piece or headset holder...wow what a poor design....it unsnaps when you dont want it too, and after the third attempt to keep it in place the holder broke...so its back in the box and back to the store...forgetaboutit..get something that is designed better
