This phone is far better than my old one which didn't seem to alert me when I had voice mail. The lighted keypad is a great feature that a lot of phones don't have. The units are sleek and light. Great value.

This is a good phone for the price. There are quite a few options. The one option it is missing is the ability to assign a special ring to different people.

great price; good initial set-up but using menu button and using options to navigate the menu very confusing, not simple, not consistent, does not respond as instructions state. Will return for a more easily navigatable menu on another brand that will, unfortunately, cost me moer

I have enjoyed using these phones as speaker phones in the house. Great portability and reception.

It was on sale and it was simple for the person who wanted it. I personally would not buy it nor need it but it works and there has been no problems for months.

No headset jacks, no belt clip, no voicemail LED for use with phone service voicemail. Screen is tough for 40 plus users

The phones were easy to set up. Put the battery in and go. The phone has your basic operation, you can use multiple handsets for a call (which I found not all units offer). Sound quality is above average. I have had these for about a month with no issues.

The only thing I could wish for is the vocal caller ID feature offered by Panasonic. Otherwise I don't think this system can be beat by anything out there right now.

The phones work great for me. Easy to install, easy to use. A great value for the money!

Good phone all the way around. No problem at all. Like the intercon system

Just bought this and within 4 hours of installation this amazing piece of technology up and quit on us. But, not before we were treated to poor sound quality with low volume and crackling. The handsets themselves seem a little cheap. They are very lightweight which is nice but they seem almost hollow. We bought this based on the reviews so hopefully we just got a bad unit. We are going back to our store to exchange for the same product. Hopefully, we will have better luck this next go around. I wish our store had more multi-set options available, otherwise we would try the Uniden which has higher ratings. But, we need 4 handsets and experience has told us to stay away from AT&T products so our options are limited. Ticks me off that we need to waste an hour in drive time and gas to replace a product that should work brilliantly. Off we go!

The sound fades away when talking to another person. Sounds like they're a million miles away. This happens often. It's really bad if it happens while you're on an important call and can't hear what is being said. I've even had people on the other end say they can't hear me. Very frustrating. I'm buying something else.

It was impossible to register the handsets, so could not use intercom. You could only name the handsets with a number not a name. You can only use two handsets at a time on a given call.

This phone turned out to be a horror..after 3 months of use, the phone broke down..I was not able to be heard on the other end of the line..
