This is a very nice answering machine/ telephone at a very good price. I shopped around quite a bit and decided on this product. It was a gift for an elderly parent. The system is very easy to operate, large numerals, keypad lights up, easy set-up, very clear sound quality. It is a basic attractive well laid out and uncomplicated product. We are very satisfied. I picked it up at the store after purchasing online and the whole process could not have been easier.

I purchased the VTech Cordless Phone only to enable my fax devices. I wanted an inexpensive, reliable phone. I got much more than that! It’s simple and fast to set up, program, you name it and it’s easy. Better yet, your voice doesn’t sound like talking through a TIN-CAN!

I wanted a land-line phone with answering machine. This fit the bill. Slim but not too small...easy to hold in fist. Features: multi-headset capable, intercom, speakerphone, directory, battery status indicator, time, date, speed dial, call-log, caller ID capable. The lighted dialing numbers/letters are finger-sized and easy to use. Review/delete messages from handset or base. Base flashes number of messages. Weakest feature is the LED screen which is hard to read; wish it were white on black

I did not expect much about this cordless phone and it turns out working good. Originally it has a static noise due to the DSL internet line in my house. Once I installed a noise filter that I ordered from AT&T, the noise went away and the sound is clear.The noise filter is recommended whenever there are internet connection in the phone line. The noise filter is inexpensive and it came quickly from my phone company, which is AT&T. For what I had to pay for, the overall deal is not bad. Will buy additional Vtech cordless phones of the same model for different rooms.

This product did not have the Q&A box so I had to use the review screen for my question. Is there a jack on the handset for a 2.5mm headset or can a bluetooth earpiece be used? I currently have a V-Tech but one of the handsets no longer displays information. Have enjoyed it up until now because of this. Would like to purchase another V-Tech but not need it to be hands free.

I bought this phone to replace an expensive Panasonic I had previously owned. I don't use the home phone much anymore, so I just wanted something basic, but of good quality and inexpensive. This phone has been great for the 4 months I've had it and is serving its purpose well. For the money, its a great choice.

I've owned Vtech products before. This one is as good as the others. Inexpensive, durable and it works!

Works great. plugged it in and it was ready to go. I made some personal programing changes and that was really easy.

Good one. I always buy Panasonic brand. Hesitated to buy this product but finally bought it. I liked it finally.

This is the 2nd v-tech phone I bought within year. The first one quit working by month. This one works OK for first couple days, then start show "No Power on base or out of range" on phone screen. The base can receive voice mail but te phone did not work. Sent e-mail and call the cmpany, But they had very slow respose. I will never buy v-tch phone again and tell people about the poor product and service.
