First, this is a well-built phone. Voice quality--which was a big factor in my purchase--has been good. At first I was annoyed by the extremely loud volume of the ringer. After some experimenting, I realized that you have to set the volume for the base unit and each handset individually. That's a good thing, but it took me some time to figure out. Battery life? Not sure. During two lengthy calls, the battery warning light flashed--that shouldn't happen with a new phone on a single call. But it hasn't happened recently. And a few friends said that my voice dropped out when I walked around during the call. Again, that hasn't happened recently. Overall, I'm glad I made this purchase.

This phone has all the convienences of good sound volume, big buttons on face, easy to hold and answering machine.

This phone has clear sound and is easy to use. The answering portion is easy to set up as well.

The phones work good. I really didn’t need the answering machine on the base, and if it was able to be wall mounted would be better. Overall good

Never been a VTech fan but the other bands wanted more $$$ for theirs. Cakewalk to setup/use and the quality was fair to good.

We find this phone difficult to use. The phone says I have only Line 1 online. Line 2-says NO LINE, even though I can receive calls on it and use intercom. But I am unable to call out. The phone is difficult to read( small print and not lit up enough). The booklet is difficult to use. Phone was too expensive for the inconveniences.

I needed to buy a replacement phone for our small business and this works well for the price. The old one had really bad reception. This one is a little better but you can still hear a lot of background noise. That being said its still an ok deal. If you need to use a phone more frequently for other business you might want something a little better.

This is a great cordless for the money. It has two line capability however I only have one line. I don’t like that both lines light up when I use the phone it’s confusing. I also think the sound could be better and it’s not loud enough at its highest setting.

My old phones crapped out, so I picked these up because the price was right for the product. They were very easy to set up, and it was done in no time. The call quality is nice and clear, and the phone has excellent volume, which is great for those quieter customers who call in. I would definitely buy these again.

I purchased this 2-line phone for my 92 year-old grandmother. She really enjoys this phone. Pretty easy to work with (after I did a tutorial for her). LOL

We are elderly and still have a landline phone at home. This phone is easy to use, easy to adjust volume, and works just fine+.

These operate very well and hold a charge. Also happy with the range and sound quality. I wish they had more ring options though.

I bought this for my dad who wears hearing aids and it is easy for him to use and understand the person on the other end. excellent features and easy for anyone to use.

Easy to use and program numbers into phone, love the large readout , great for older people we can see who's calling

This is a good house phone. You can turn off ringer to avoid telemarketers which is nice and it works with a fax machine.

This phone is excellent. It's use is great and the sound quality is wonderful.

Works well, however the receiver quality leaves something to be desired in sound quality. Reasonably good considering the price. Bought a third receiver so will have three. I can carry a unit with me through the day from room to room in my medical office. I would give it 4-1/2 stars.
