great phone have it a few months no problems. They are very clear and gets good range. the headset is great that's the reason I bought it

Phone is very functional, easy to set-up and contains many useful features. I especially enjoy the headset that is included. Highly recommend this phone for all you needs.

I previously had a vtech which was probably around 8 years old. It worked fine and had a headset attachment which I regularly used. It didn't have the range I would have liked as it wasn't functional in many areas of my home. So time to update. I found in my research that the headset feature was no longer popular or available from vtech so I gave this one a try as I wanted a phone with hands free functionality. This one came with a light-weight ear piece which took some getting-used-to. Now after a couple of months I couldn't be happier. It has some neat features including the ability to walk around and talk and then hang up by clicking a button on the ear piece. Couldn't do anything like that before and now the range covers my entire house, upstairs to backyard. Much improved over the old one.

Works well. My wife uses it for work everyday. She uses the headset and says it works well and battery life is good.

I plugged this phone into my Ooma for my home office and it's been working great. I mostly use the headset and I can walk all around my basement while talking to customers and have yet to hear a drop out and no one has trouble hearing me. For the price this is the perfect home office phone. The only downside is the lack of a speakerphone as far as I can see. There is an intercom which is pretty neat when I want to mess with the wife upstairs. She's catching on though.

I bought this to replace an existing VTech phone set that I use at my office. One thing that made me purchase this unit is that it has Bluetooth built in, so now I can pair my cell phone with it, or use a cordless blue tooth headset (though it does come with a headset, but I find mine to be more comfortable to use). The sound quality is very good, and all the features work as promised.

I was looking for a home phone system that had a headset or one that a headset could be added to . This phone system is even more it actually lets you Bluetooth to your cellphone so if the cellphone is on a charger in another room a cellular call will ring in on your home phone ... no more missed cell calls . The headset is easy to use as well

I recently added a land line to my home and wanted a phone system with 2 handsets. I found this product in the store with the help of a sales person and was please that it came with a hands free headset. The sound is great all around. No problems with the system and it was as simple as could be to set up.

Purchased as a gift. Recipient is pleased with the phones. Easy to set up and sounds great!

So far so good. It works very well. I still need to play around with the other features. One thing I did not like was that there was not telephone cord included with this. I mean if I am buying a phone shouldn't the cord come with it????

I bought this VTech phone a few weeks ago after my notions of what I needed for a home office clarified. It’s a good unit. The voice mail is okay. My favorite part is the small headset. The menu could be easier to navigate but it gets easier as I use it. I started out using Bluetooth feature that links to cell phones, but soon discovered I could not tell enough difference between the ring tones and did not know without looking at the handset which phone I was really answering. (Yes, there is a selection of tones, but I thought they were all rather similar.) For the price, it has been nice to have and I recommend it.

The other 5-star reviews are accurate! Easy set-up. I use the headset for hours-long conference calls with no problem; the charge seems to hold for well over six hours of continuous use and the headset has volume control and mute features. I have not linked this system to my cell phone so I cannot comment on that feature. All-in-all, I am very happy with this purchase.

I'm so in love with my VTECH Phone. The quality is amazing and it was at a great price.

I bought this model of phone specifically for the wireless headset, giving me mobility throughout the day while on several phone calls. Excellent range throughout the house and even outside, and a good battery that provides multiple hours of talk time before recharging.

In-spite of some initial problems including the purchase of an empty box, the phone is now a staple for my parents. Despite it's price, its relatively simple to use and offers many options and great sound quality.

This was very easy to setup. Good sound quality. Works with iPhone siri. The ear bud is a wonderful addition. One quirky feature is you can have the phone and the ear headset work at the same time. You can hang up the base phone and talk exclusively through the ear headset. I do recommend reading through the user guide for learning all the features.
