I wish the caller ID was easier to read, might help if numbers were spaced more and the background was lighter blue or white since numbers are blue.

Overall it's a decent set of cordless phones. I was disappointed to find out that the only time you can use the included headset (which is why I chose to purchase this set) is receiving a call . It's useless if you want to dial out and talk. The answering machine is easy to operate - although I didn't need it because my carrier has a built in voice mail system.

I'm one of those people who still has a landline, and I use it for conference calls and other business meetings when working from home, so the option of a headset was very appealing. This phone works great, and I love that if I ever decide to disconnect my landline, I can still use this phone in connection with my cell.

After opening and reading the Overly complicated operations manual I discovered that my 4 year old had already hooked it up and had scheduled a play date. Pretty straight forward install!

This set has a great sound quality. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the phones look exactly the same as the 20 dll one. I wish its design was better for the price paid.

Overall, it's a good phone. It's very clear. However, the instructions are unclear on how to setup the blue tooth.

I just start using my V-Tech phones, so far they are reliable, and cosmetically beautiful, I wish they had talking caller ID as my Panasonics did.

This unit is a good value for the price. Battery life is a bit limited but with 2 docks and phones it is not an issue. Earpiece is a nice add.

I brought this for my niece to usefor her work for home job the headset was a lifesaver.

Great phone, I wish both of the charging stations had the ability to plug into the phone line wall Jack but unfortunately only the main charging stand with the headset charger/dock and voicemail speaker/access have the phone line input jack. So I have to leave that upstairs where the phone line is, and go get the headset when I plan on making a call. But really, no one uses landlines anymore so all of this is moot.

I'm very happy with this phone set. I work from home. The sound quality is good.

Great phone! It worked awesome for my bedridden relative as she is able to answer calls with just a touch to the wireless headset!

Bought this to replace an older Uniden cordless. Compared to that phone this one rocks. Voice clarity is better, battery lasts a long time and the ear set it comes with makes using this cordless phone system a breeze.

Sound quality with the phones is crystal clear. However, conversations occasionally break up depending on whether I move around the house. Haven't yet used the earpiece enough to fairly be able to rate it. Instructions are really lousy - both in terms of how the information is communicated AND the physical presentation. Reading them is a bit like unfolding and trying to read a roadmap.

It's a couple of home phones. The headset doesn't really work. The main phone is fine. I mean...it works. I can't justify the price for it though.

Very clear, easy to use, however the headset only links to your cell phone,, through your phone, and not for cordless phone calls. Box had some misleading info.
