“When” it worked…it worked good. It stopped working after the second day. Turned it off and back on and it would not reconnect. Tried everything, returned it.

Parent monitor died after only 2 months of use! The battery will no longer hold a charge. Save your money and invest it in something that will give you more bang for your buck. I will not be purchasing another vtech product after this.

Garbage, returned it. Connects to WiFi but cannot move camera at all remotely. My $20 amazon camera has more capacity.

My product has a defective screen and stopped working after being on for 4 hours and all troubleshooting failed. With a newborn baby, it was hard to make the return and missed it by 2 days and tried to contact the company to go through the manufacturer warranty and they won’t contact me back. Very disappointed.
