Employed with one of the top Fortune 500 corporations, I have searched for more than 4+ years, for a bluetooth, Avaya One-X Agent compatible, headset for my office. After $1000s down the drain & testing many headsets proclaiming to be compatible, I came across your product. The clarity & the multifunctional use is insurmountable to all the others. I use this whenever I am working from home, while walking, working around the house & listening to music from my cell. Now everyone in my office is looking into this headset. My job, my back & neck thank you for a remarkable product that stands up to its promise.

Battery life is good , my only complaint is the volume levels vary for each call.

Very uncomfortable unit. Hurts around my ear. Keeps sliding off. Very touchy.... Hangs up call when trying to adjust it on your head. Wish they would have put the buttons somewhere less intrusive. Not glasses friendly. Makes your eyeglasses sit sideways when using the unit...

I have had an eye on this set for nearly a year and a half now. I do a lot of remote work, so I am constantly on the phone for meetings and such. There is usually a lot of noise around me, so number one on my list is a noise cancelling mic to eliminate or significantly reduce background noise to that I can carry on a clean, clear conversation with my colleagues. From day one this headset has been a disappointment. With no reason at all (or that I can find) the mic seems to malfunction and will barely pic up my voice. My voice will be so soft nobody can hear me and I cannot adjust it no matter how many settings and volume controls I can find, nothing fixes the mic volume. However, sometimes it will work just fine and when that happens it's great. But, this happens maybe, maybe 10% of the time. Unfortunately, I am out of my return window and cannot take them back. They are a huge disappointment as they are supposed to be the best noise cancelling mic/headset for over the road truck drivers. I would very much like to return these even for store credit just so I don't feel so cheated and let down by what was supposed to be a superior product... I mean I paid a superior product price, I did my part, but BlueParrott fell flat and did not hold up to their end of the deal and provide me with the superior headset I thought I was buying. Anyway, beware you could experience a noise cancelling mic so efficient it identifies you as noise and cancels out your voice. Good luck!

Blue Parrot is always a great brand but this model is just a little too bulky. The ear pad is not as comfortable as people say. This model does a little to much like when a call comes in a person you are on the phone with can hear your call waiting beep. I had the 350 model & maybe I should have stayed with it & not up graded.

It works great as a call center headset or Bluetooth headset when driving but that’s it. The bad design is that it breaks really easily when you put it on your head.

The product works as advertised EXCEPT in TWO big ways: The battery life is nothing. It only lasts a few hours instead of the advertised 24 hours of talk time. And the range from the phone is 100 ft. line-of-sight, tops, instead of 300 ft. All in all, I believe it was a ripoff!

I pick headset up and the ear piece came off in my hand. Two tiny screws that hold the earpiece in place velcro would work better than two tiny screws

I bought this headset at the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is a truck driver after I ran my previous bluetooth through the washing machine.. I have to admit that the sound quality of this headset is excellent. It sounds like the person you are talking to is sitting right next to you. So why did I only give it a 3 star rating? Right from the beginning I began to have problems with the battery not holding a charge. I could charge all day and within about 5 minutes of use the headphones would begin to beep indicating I needed to charge the batteries. The other problem I had was that although the sound quality was outstanding I found myself wanting to remove the headphones every chance I got because they are quite bulky. I also wasn't please with the voice commands. Every time I told the headset to call my wife it thought I wanted it to call back the last number dialed. Also, the buttons also are small and spaced very close together which meant that every time I went to push a button I had to be careful or I would push the wrong one. After having the Blue Parrot 450 for less than 2 weeks I turned it off and went into my office one morning, when I came back out an hour later it would not turn back on, and it was hot to the touch. I really tried to like the Blue Parrot but in the end I returned it and bought another Plantronics Voyager Legend for about half the price. I won't go as far as to say that the Blue Parrot 450 is not a good bluetooth because I know it gets excellent reviews overall ............. it just wasn't the best for me.

All around is just an absolutely great headset and im used to traditional LG tone models when I tried this out I thought that this is something fantastic I guarantee if you try blue parrott and especially the B450XT with the one side ear cup not the double ear piece you're going to love it its comfortable is extremely efficient the noise cancelation is awesome I recommend this to any frequent driver and especially to truck drivers. Ive got a couple thousand worth in headsets and Im definitely going to build my blue parrott collection. However, you will struggle to beat the B450XT. Hands down a pleasure to wear.

Clear, superb batt life, no connection issues, noise cancelling was amazing but, if you have a fat head, no good for long time using. Tight arround the head. Returned and got my second planteonics 5220

I bought this because of the recommendation of a friend. I prefer using this over my hands free Sync system because my vehicle has poor volume and it’s voice commands don’t work that well. This allows you to use Siri to make calls, as well as all other associated abilities. The other big thing for me, I’m a service technician, and needed something to talk to tech support while having my hands free to troubleshoot. The ability to do this in loud industrial environments is a huge plus! The noise cancellation allows the other party to hear me as well. You can even have a conversation with your vehicle windows rolled all the way down at highway speeds! The voice command (in the headset itself) is also handy. When receiving a call with the headset on, it will announce the caller ID, then ask “Answer or Ignore”. You just say “Answer” and you’re connected, no button press needed.

So far so good. I went from a very small ear piece which I would either misplace or it would hurt my ear after a while. No chance of losing this monster and I have been able to wear this all day long with no discomfort. The range has been more than adequate although I haven't done a real test for distance. Suffice it to say for my office it is fine. No dropped calls or back to the phone like with my other set. And with few exceptions I have had no problems hearing or being heard while on a call. Now the caveats. The buttons are hard to get right on the ear piece and it takes quite a bit of practice to figure out each button with just the touch of your finger. I expect this to improve with more use. Also, the light indicating charge is very confusing......i get the red flashing indicator and think I am running low on battery only to connect with my phone and find I have 100% battery according to the meter on my phone. I find it hard to believe that after a full week of use and no attempt at charging, that I still have 100% battery life. I intend to keep an eye on this for the moment. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for these caveats but I am very happy with it overall.

I chose these headphones as it states it can work up to 300 ft from the audio source (Phone/Laptop). So far it's worked very well for me. However, the battery life is not as long as I expected it to be (all day). It tends to lose connection towards the end of the day and I have to resynch. Otherwise, the audio from both my voice and the other end is loud and crystal clear.

This is a firm but honest review. Battery life on this Bluetooth is AMAZING... very clear voice on both ends of the phone. A little heavy on the head and ear part causes discomfort when using to long. The bix says 300 ft range. I experienced different. My range was outside my truck to about 40 ft away. I got this range from my 40 ft container that I haul. At long as the phone is with u there shouldnt be any complaints with range. I charged once and maybe its just me but been using this Bluetooth for 3 days one charge not sure if Bluetooth turns its self off when not in use over a period of time but my phone shows the graph of battery life on Bluetooth and it still shows full charge. Get this which is weird but about not even 25% was used then I didnt use it anymore for the night and some way some how it seems like it rechaged itself... I hope someone else can attest to this... Either way this battery life is the best battery I delt with ever.. Hope this helps in choosing from my review.
