Not a USB Headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know, but when I bought this online I assumed that it was a USB headset which was what I needed. Upon receiving it, I saw that there was no way I could use it with my computer/laptop so I had to return it. It seemed like a good product when I received it. But I feel like the product details or the photos should include the type of device it is compatible with or the kind of port it can connect to. I ended up getting the VXi Envoy USB Headset which works great!
