I went to the Best Buy in Hartsdale, NY to upgrade my cell phone and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Janoah. She was very patient and answered all my questions, which helped me select the best phone for me. Throughout the entire process, Janoah demonstrated a solid understanding of the nuances of the various cell phones and the different services on the market. She was very pleasant and seemed focused on offering me the best value. Janoah was truly a shining representative for Best Buy.

Love the staff at Best Buy Mobile/Glenbrook. Consistent staff, they know who you are when you come into the store. They spend as much time as needed to answer all your questions and take care of your service requests. In our case, it was phone upgrades. They go above and beyond.

We purchased this laptop for our son's freshman year of college. He is studying computer science and picked this laptop based on what he needed while being price conscientious. Surprisingly, he likes it even more than he thought he would.

At first I was hesitant on a curved TV. I went ahead and purchased this TV and it has been great! Crystal clear picture and it is great to set in front of and see the curve! Great choice if your looking at this one!

I purchased this phone as an upgrade to a 3 year old phone. The battery life, camera, and almost all other measures of performance are better than I expected. What I have a problem with is the incorrect information I was given by the staff. At the time I purchased I was told that my phone was elligible for a $100 trade-in credit through my carrier. After talking to my carrier I would only receive that trade-in value if I changed my plan. I feel that I have been lied to, as that was a detail never mentioned to me when I asked about the rebate in store. I typically purchase products at Best Buy rather than at other locations, but after this I will be strongly reconsidering Best Buy purchases. Phone: 5 star In-store service: 1 star.

There is a few reasons I go to Best Buy to Upgrade my mobile phones. But the 2 strongest reasons is the great deals, and the amount of options you have when it comes to buying accessories.

By the time my phone was done having the transfer, I didn't really look at it before we left. There's a ton of bubbles and lint under the protector on one side. I think if I took it back to them today, they would probably replace it but.... the screen protector itself happens to be junk (scratched like crazy in less than 24 hours of very very light use) so I'm just washing my hands of it and buying a better, cheaper protector online and will put it on myself. I think if I took it back, they'd take care of it so ... 1 star for the original application... 5 stars for knowing they'd have taken care of it... puts it at 3 stars.

The Samsung s8+ was a perfect deal right before Christmas. $350 rebate made it beat all competitor sale prices. Love the phone. Many new features. Bixby works pretty well too.

I upgraded my phone which I usually do at the Verizon store. However Best Buy had $300 off and Verizon couldn't match that price. Great experience with Best Buy!

I am a verizon subscriber and going through best buy was extremely easy and will never go through verizon for an upgrade again instead I will use best buy upgrade

my upgrade to the Note 8 from the S-7 was so fast and easy at the Best Buy store..They always have a way more colors available then the phone carriers do.

The upgrade was easy at Best Buy. All contacts, apps, etc were transferred. The sales associate was very helpful.

My wife and I were ready to switch back to Android from iPhone and the Galaxy phones are the best way to go.
