However I have to admit that best buy sold me this item in a repackaged box with a return label and it was missing a carring case. I sent an email to the manufacturer and they said to return it since they don't have any parts for sale. So that's a bummer. I am debating weather to return or just keep it. It's not bad for the price paid.
