Overall, the stand is considered sturdy and a worthwhile purchase.

Needed a cabinet for my flat TV

I liked the features this cabinet offers. I have a flat 42 in. TV. The storage for the DVDs makes organizing and selecting comfortable. The cable box with the wifi goes in the center bottom cabinet. The DVD theatre player goes in the center top of the cabinet. At the rear there are opening for cables and power cords. It is a very sturdy handsome cabinet. Fairly easy to assemble by the instructions provided.

Time consuming, tedious and difficult assembly

Probably the most difficult assembly of my lifetime. Took 2 extremely knowledgable adults 7 hours to put together. Tedious with nearly impossible instructions. Several design flaws. The biggest thing to be aware is making sure hinges are correctly placed on the swinging doors. Had no idea that there would be gaps. See pics. Also, some of the parts don't sit well either. See pic The unit is beautiful and extremely funtional. Fits over 100 dvds and/or cds.

The tv stand assembly instructions were not the best. The stand itself is good. The only thing is I wish it was taller. Not enough height.

I love this TV stand. It is a slim and clean look. It has ample storage space and the storage areas fit what we needed them to perfectly. Customer service was top notch and sent me a replacement part immediately, no questions asked. Only reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to the time it took to assemble. It was extremely labor intensive and took 5-6 hours to complete. It was well worth the investment. This stand does not feel cheap. It has a good look and solid feel. Love it and would highly reccomend.

This is a beautiful cabinet. Does not look cheap. Perfect size for my new large screen TV. Feels solid. Nice to have a place for all my movies and CDs and books too! I was a little bit disappointed with the color. I have all oak furniture and I thought it was an "oak" look but it is darker, more of a cherry look. But it is still lovely.

Once put together it's a decent TV stand but it's a major chore to assemble. Probably more solid than you average assembled furniture though. would be nice if the glass cabinets could recess or something as they block your remote signal if you have a blue ray player or something of that nature in the cabinet.

Cabinet is heavy and well made. Color is nice. The only problem is doors will not close once the DVR is inside. Does have nice storage space.

Had a lot of pieces to put together and instructions aren't that great but once you figure it out it's a well put together product. I would suggest having an electric screw driver because there are a lot of screws.

It's fine. Much, much darker than shown. I bought brown, but it sure looks like espresso. Lots of parts, but not to complex to assemble. It did take me 3.5 hours by myself. The swing door on the left sits higher than the front doors or other side. Large gap at the bottom and tight at the top. Like I said, it's fine for the price

Recently moved into a new home and wanted a console for under my flat screen TV. I had read the prior reviews on this piece and thought I would go for it. I am very pleased with the finished product - looks quite a bit more expensive that the actual cost. This piece does involve quite a bit of work to put together (4-5 hours), but the instructions were clear and no major problems encountered. The only minor issue was that the glue tubes that were included had dried out so I needed to use my own wood glue - not a big deal! Looks great -- I do like the accessibility and storage of the swing out doors on either side, too! Very happy with the purchase!

Got this cabinet for our downstairs TV and to store a bunch of PS4 games and DVDs. Was a slow process putting together (a TON of parts) and was a bit tedious, but very happy with the end product.

Instructions are not clear, and took experienced people far too long to assemble. The cams are cheap and break easily. If you manage to stick with it, not too bad once you get going but be prepared to buy better parts to replace those that came with it.

Three stars is all I can give it the because my normal sized Pioneer receiver doesn’t fit totally inside one the shelf. The problem is that the HDMI and speaker connections stick out a bit behind the receiver when plugged in. With this configuration, I can’t close the front doors because the volume knob of the receiver interferes with the RH glass door closing. My remedy is I will have either buy 90 degree HMDI connectors and do something with the speaker plugs to be able to gain a little space on the back side of the receiver OR cut out the back of the stand to make a opening. The shelf is 13.75” and my receiver is 12.75” (front knob to back) so it leaves one inch for the connections which isn’t enough room to bend those wires without harming them or the receiver. If not for this issue it would have gotten 5 stars. The assembly directions were simple (I found two views that would cause confusion for some people) and all the hardware was accounted for and nothing was missing, it also came with a spare bag of parts so if you do lose something you are covered and it took about a hour or so to assemble. Some folks may say I should have checked dimensions prior to purchasing but honestly it’s just a normal size receiver, nothing fancy or large. So make sure you measure and account for the wiring spacing on the back side of your receiver to ensure it will fit. Good luck

Nice cabinet but a darker wood than expected. I ordered a lighter wood cabinet from Best Buy and it is perfect. Gave the dark wood one to my sister, and she really likes it.
