I didn't have good luck with the product. First it took forever to get here and when finally got it, a piece was broken. Then when got the broken piece; handles were missing. It was easy to set up. Customer service was good. However, I expected more for the price.

Quality is eh but thats to be expected buying furniture from best buy. Only had it for about 2 weeks or so and the fireplace has already stopped working, and there wasnt any paperwork in the box other than assembly instructions so I guess there is no warranty or anything. And of course now I have to figure out a way to get this thing back to best buy to return it. If you're planning on actually using the fireplace, don't waste your time (3-4 hours).

Product look good for purchase, too many manufacturers issue such as wood wasn’t cut/sized right & missing parts. After set up door wasn’t able to hang and look very poor. Wish I didn’t order it.

I love this item and it came quickly! I jad been looking for ome time for a nice fireplace TV stand, i find this one which wasn't in black at first. I ordered a deep brown but it was delayed to be delivered twice, once the black became available i ordered this one and it was sent right out. It is sturdy and pumps out a good amount of heat for the size of the room.

This stand has a small fireplace BUT when you turn on the heater be prepared to feel instant heat, it shocked us when we turned it on it is wonderful it heats up our living room and even into the hallway, Best money we ever spent, I say if you don't have one get one !!

Definitely a solid piece of furniture, only hiccup I had was a piece being broken in half upon arrival, the manufacturer shipped me out a replacement piece within three business days. Which was a relief so I didn’t have to take this back to the store being that it weighed over 100 pounds.

I love this! Perfect fit in my bedroom and holds my 55 inch TV! Beautiful piece of furniture that complements my bedroom. So cozy and and nice! Great if you're short on space. You can use the flames without using the heat! So on a cozy rainy day or night you can relax by the fireplace.

I am enjoying the fireplace TV stand. I purchased a 50" LD TV to go on it from Best Buy. The Geek Squad has been very good. However, the 2 front doors do not close even.

It’s very hard to put together but very attractive once it’s finished. We love it! It gives off a decent amount of heat and gives a nice ambience to the room.

Love this. Only function i wish had was multiple settings for temp and fan speed. It only has either on or off. Oh, and you put the darn thing together.

GREAT piece of Furniture looks great in my Livingroom

Very nice stand with fireplace. Only downfall is that it does not have a remote. Which is not a big deal but we were surprised that it did not have one. This stand is exactly what we wanted.
