    UPS handled the delivery, and it was not nice when it arrived. The box was really beat up. I noticed there was a board showing that was damaged, so i immediately thought i had to send back. The board was to protect the styrofoam packaging. It was easy to build, took me about an hour to build. Its not really heavy, but its sturdy! I have my 85 inch Samsung on it. No wobbys. The heater is better than i expected. It gets warm in my livingroom, and it keeps it warm throughout the night in this freezing NM whether. Only cons i had was the shipping buts thats not bestbuy fault. Good product!!! Highly recommend!

    this item looks just like the picture, highly recommend. it also comes with two buttons one turns on the fireplace and the other releases actual heat. it so therapeutic, I turn it on everyday!

    Easy to assemble pretty decent construction. Don’t regret this. Admit good heat wish there was more than just on or off for heat but the display is nice too

    It looks just like it was pictured, there was one of the pre-drilled holes that must have been drilled twice. I had to improvise at that point. My Wife loves it and that is all that matters. Right? We have a 75" Samsung TV, fits well.

    Several issues with this product. Some parts were flimsy and thin wood like plywood. It came damaged and was defective the pre-holes weren’t drilled properly. The packaging was not great either and it was way too many parts to assemble. Returned mainly because of the damage but I still don’t think it would hold up long term.
