Came damaged; no response from manufacturer

It is very heavy, so you'll need 2 people to move the box. However, the top came damaged (see picture). Per the instructions in the paperwork it came with, I contacted the manufacturer about the damage. No response at all! It's certainly functional, so I'm using it. However, I would not buy knowing that the manufacturer will provide no support for any damage it may have when purchased.

To Shallow

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a nice small cabinet, but not deep enough for home theater components. Only overall depth specification are published, not the actual depth between the inside of the doors and the inside the back panel. This is significantly less and I had to cut out the back panel behind my receiver for it to fit with cable and wire hook-ups. If this unit had a few more inches of depth it would have been great.

Used to be good

I managed to break 8 of them on install. I have 2 other of the same cabinet and they were all better quality than the one I just got.

Nice tv stsnd

Way to many pieces, screws, etc. we decided after two and half hours- time to give up!! We Bought a put together tv stand.
