Sturdy and good looking...easy to assemble. Unlike some others of this type, the glass shelves do not slide around....stay fixed in place.

While this stand does its job, it doesn't do it well. The first thing I noticed was that the two wooden legs are completely different colors. It isn't a slight difference, but a major one. When assembling the stand, there were several problems with how it was built that cause major problems. Holes were not drilled/placed in the correct positions in order to assemble the stand correctly. This made the entire stand unstable. The bottom supports couldn't be attached properly. The top supports didn't align either, making it impossible to put the top glass shelf on without it hitting the metal screws. I wouldn't have purchased this item had I known how poorly it was made.
