IDK what to do.

I ordered this December 5th. When it got here the box was damaged I got everything out several pieces were broken. I contacted customer service they told me to send the broken pieces back. I have done so now I have a pile of woods sitting on my floor minus several pieces. I am not sure what I'm supposed to do with the power of wood do I put it together minus the pieces and hope they send me the replacement pieces. Do I throw this away assuming I'm getting a whole new product. $400 is a lot of money I don't have because I wanted to get my clothes off the floor. This is not been a very good experience.
