It had a couple of damaged parts straight out of the box. The quality of the wood doesn't look or feel to be great. Looks good after its built though and it appears to be solid enough.

It’s nice, easy to assemble. Solid wood. Packaging came in bad condition. Three pieces came broken and had to glued them to fix them. Overall good quality.

I just recently moved into a new apartment and was looking for some new furniture. I was shopping around and never knew that Best Buy started carrying bedroom furniture so I shopped around for awhile and thought the dresser looked nice from the pictures. Unfortunately, when I was ready to purchase the item, it was out of stock for about two months. I wanted to give it a shot so I held out and it finally came back in stock which I had to scoop it up at that time. I couldn’t wait to to receive and build it. When I did receive it, it had a broken drawer which was disappointing. There are wooden dowels that are placed in the drawer to stop them from coming completely out and some fit snuggly and some were free spinning. Some pieces of the dresser have pre-drilled holes and other do not. You can really tell that the pieces with the pre drilled holes fit a lot better together than the ones that do not. Even with the pre-drilled holes, there are pieces that you can’t tell if they catch enough when you are screwing them in. Over tightening screws are always a concern, but you sometimes you feel like you’re over tightening them because of the noises the screw makes going into the wood, but then when you put the drawers in, the pieces collapse under the weight and you have to retighten them. There are times where the screws feel loose, but they hold the drawers completely fine. It’s very inconsistent. When you finally get everything put together, some of the drawers slid in very easily while others had to be almost forcefully pushed in. The instructions tell you that you will have to use paraffin wax to help with the sliding. That was one additional thing I had to worry about so I made the decision to return it. I didn’t have faith in its quality and durability. I found another dresser that was cheaper and also had ball bearing sliding drawers which made things so much easier and no need to deal with messy wax over the years to come.

Paint is dull lifeless. Drill marks are not accurate. Not sturdy nor solid wood. Best Buy wouldn’t pay to return ship the item. They suggested I bring the dresser in store.I am a single mother and it took time getting it in the store. Once I brought it in, even as a TOTAL TECH member Best Buy would not return it. I had bought everything from Best Buy yet they would not return these two pieces. I am really disappointed in the agreement that Total Tech members have more time to return things. This is a lie. I lost out on me and my sons only dresser and night stand. Whom would invest in putting together something of little quality??

Instructions were kind of difficult at first but powering through we got it. The drawers aren’t really a slide out thing you have to pull and jiggle

Great dresser! Easy to put together and worked great in the area we were using it in. Only complaint was shipping as first was damaged and second went on an adventure across the country.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Assembling it was a little frustrating at times but other then that I have no complaints.

This product showed up to my door with multiple broken pieces. Perhaps the delivery services mess up idk but either way the materials were shredded which indicated cheap quality to me.
