    Very beautiful tv stand but it took a professional 3 hours to assemble. If you purchase, be prepared to spend all day putting it together !

    Love this!!! Was not hard to assemble,only issue was that I ran out of the wood glue. Still was able to Assemble what was remaining without glue. I’m glad I choose this piece!!

    We spent weeks looks for a tv stand we loved. It took over a month to arrive which was annoying, but no biggie. It arrived damaged!!!! Scratches on the wood, a piece is cracked, and another piece was not glued or screwed properly so it isn’t flush as it should be. Customer service offered me 10% $ returned because even though I was within the return window, it cannot be returned. Who would want to return and entire tv stand anyways?! We knew it was manufactured wood but this thing sucks. We wanted to love it so much! But we don’t and we’re sad

    I piut it in my bedroom. I love it. Fireplace looks so natural and gives my room a cozy look. The heat will bd great for this winter.

    All parts were there when arrived - was relatively easy to put together (no miss drilled or unalignment problems, nothing broken or damaged)- would not advise only one person unless your an expert. One draw back need to have some wood glue on hand the tiny one provided was not enough. Is very quite when running- fire effect is very nice and unit looks nice and is very sturdy. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one - I would have preferred a unit with a temperature control and perhaps a remote - but could not find one that provided all the things I wanted in the color I needed so I did settle for this one - and was not disappointed with this purchase. One other small thing if your looking for a unit to actually heat a room that is not the purpose of this unit - it is more for just an ambiance and not heating.

    This Electric Fireplace is extremely nice. I haven't used it yet, however, I turned it on and it looks amazing and the heat came out.

    Its quite a project putting it together. Its a nice unit. The cabinets are not wide enough for some components. It took way longer than expected when shipped.

    Very small and seems cheap, we had to return because the TV made it look even smaller

    I loved it at first but now the fireplace just stopped working, heat and flame. It’s been really frustrating trying to find out a customer service option as well. It only lasted about 3 weeks.
