My daughter can’t get enough of this movie! She’s just like her dad. 5 years old, and loves dinosaurs! Great quality!

Our son loves dinosaurs and this DVd doesn't disappoint.

My 5 year old loves this movie. Really good descriptions of all the dinosaurs. Some of the fight scenes were pushing a little past PG, but he wasn't scared.

Narration and character voices are extremely cheesy and get annoying fast. Special features not so special.

This was highly recommended as a family movie so we're checking it out.

We took our kids to see this at our local movie theater's summer films for kids program, it was so painful! The ridiculous "dialog" (though the mouths of the dinosaurs don't move with the dialog!) and bookending scenes are just horrible. But this blu-ray gives you the option to watch the "Cretaceous Cut" with all of the annoying garbage they tacked onto this movie. If you have kids who like 3D and dinosaurs then this will be a hit, but for their sake and yours watch the Cretaceous Cut!

My toddlers love dinosaurs but this hasn't gotten their attention yet. It's also kind of annoying they couldn't have the dinosaur mouths move when talking. Story is just ok

Well I recall there was a traveling animatronic exhibit called walking with dinosaurs, and I was wondering if this was like that since I had not seen any of the trailers. I bought the movie on a whim for the kids since they have gotten into dinos. To our surprise it was decently entertaining for adults as well as for our kids. Its similar to the Disney Dinosaur movie, except in this case, the Dino's don't visually talk with their mouth, so you have to take it as it is.

Walking with Dinosaurs is a 'middle-of-the-road' film, with some great 3D moments (e.g., forest fire scene). The plot is a little familiar with Disney's CGI attempt at a prehistoric coming-of-age tale. The attempts at humor that would entertain adults in the room seems a little forced. That said, it is a beautifully animated film, with some pretty good cinematography for the 3D medium. I have a young son who is a big fan of dinosaurs, and he thoroughly enjoyed it.
