Not very strong, well made. Light cover rattles when on high and VERY loud when running

Works well. Withheld one star because of a "slight wrinkle" in the chimney. Pretty much hidden once assembled, and I did get a credit for accepting the less than perfect article.

This order was randomly canceled for no reason. My wife even went to the store yesterday to verify the installer was either picking up the hood or Best Buy would be delivering it for the installer because we’ve already had this order canceled on us before once for this very same reason in the past (ie miscommunication between Best Buy & Installer) which was right at Christmas and left us hosting multiple families with our kitchen messed up. This has to be the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever received. Not only this, but I signed up for the Best Buy members plan specifically so we would receive better service than this. And now I can’t even get ahold of anyone to figure out what to do about it - so we’re probably going to end up having the entire Hood canceled again a 2nd time! Unbelievable

I like the design of this product and it has been working well for our family (strong enough for most of our cooking). The only little thing if it can be improved is its noise when turn on fan, otherwise all functions well so far. The Best Buy service and installation were excellent and very professional!

I was told that I would have it installed as part of the price. I am having a new house built. Here in Cameron county Texas, I must have the vent hood installed so the inspectors can see the proper pipe is connecting before they will allow me to get electricity connected to my new house. I had explaned that to Best buy personal at least 2 times so they had it schelduled today. When the installers got here they told me that they could not install it without electricity to test it. SOMEONE AT BEST BUY DID NOT PASS THE MESSAGE.

The product is great. I had my own contractor install it, but the contractor Best Buy provided was awesome to work with too. Works great & looks sleek!

Did not come with a charcoal filter and had a hard time tracking one down. Best Buy said they couldn't even order one. The Hood didn't come with the proper screws & bolts to complete the installation.

Too noisy… does not extract all the fumes and odors. Its connected to the outside, so it does not recirculate….but does not eliminate the odors, house still smells like food.

It’s rare combination for a product to look good and also perform well. This vent hood does exactly that.. easy touchpad controls come with a remote and also you can enable it on your phone.

Installation team was on time, technically competent, and installed the system quickly and with case, including removing the old one.

I call Best Buy to insulation my new range hood and they sent me the day and time. first they sent me the time and they came after the time 2 hour when I call they said they on there way for 2 hour and when they came they have bad attitude and they even not open the box of hood just said we can’t do it this is tile we can’t put screws here and they said oh is missing a piece they even didn’t bather the hood or the box and they left with out do anything. I call the company and got my money back but I was so mad

This install was a huge headache. We ordered over $10,000 in appliances to be installed for our home. The third party company Best Buy used needed to come back on three different occasions to finish installing. Meanwhile, we were not living in the home, we have a newborn baby so needed help watching them on four different Saturdays, and had to dedicate THREE weekends to an install that should have been done the second time around. The main issue is the I needed to make holes in the quarts where the hood was to be installed. The guys working said they could not make the holes so we had to get our kitchen guys to do it. So we got them to do it and we were charged $50 to create the holes. The installers came back and said the holes were not big enough. So yet again the kitchen guys needed to come back. The third time around we got a different installer who actually knew what he was doing and opened up the holes we needed and installed the hood. The problem here was the next installer let us know they marked the WRONG spots in our quartz and we opened holes for no reason... $200 down the drain and holes in brand new quartz as well as two weekends wasted because the first guys that came around didn't know what they were doing. Not to mention the hood has a slight dent on the top left.

Works as advertised. Was a bit disappointed at the strength of the fan but it is acceptable. Installation was just ok. Slight damage to cabinets though could have been avoided. They did repair it. They didn’t clean up the mess very well though

What a disaster. We attempted to schedule the range hood installation multiple times without success. The first time, the crew showed up without the range hood. They couldn't explain why they didn't have it. The second and third times, they just didn't show up. We were later told that it was now on backorder with the manufacturer (we had chosen the specific unit because it wasn't on backorder). We then called a local Best Buy to see if we could get a different range hood that was in stock and we were sold a second unit which was available for install that week. We shouldn't have been surprised that that crew didn't show up either. We finally bought a third range hood from Best Buy, picked it up ourselves, and hired a third party installer for an additional $297. Our install was finally complete three months after the initial order. If you want something done right, have someone other than Best Buy do it! We canceled the first two orders and were told we would be sent a $100 gift card for our trouble. Guess what - the gift card never showed up. The time lost waiting for crews that didn't show up far exceeded any value we will ever get from our Totaltech membership.

Kind of a mixed review … our in-store help by Jim was fantastic… he was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. The installation, although scheduled three weeks ahead, hasn’t been done … rescheduled at the last minute on the day it was to be done.

Item came in damaged. Hopefully will be fixed. Installation team is going to come back and replace it. Will change this to 5 stars when it is replaced.

Wow what a gret job and the hood is great. Could be a little quieter but get the job done

the installers, installed it, but the front of the hood is higher then the back, and it isn't level one side is higher the the other

The hood is very nice and just what I expected. What was difficult was waiting foe 18 months before it was installed.

Dishwasher works fine. I wish it had more flexibility in prongs to hold dishes etc. It is quiet. It takes a little over 2 hours to do dishes.
