Best buy has many different delivery and installation companies however Hawaii Unified is the BEST! All workers are courteous, knowledgeable, clean and quick! Ine if the many reasons why I continue to purchase all my home needs here.

I am happy with the range hood I purchased but I had lots of back and forth conversations with Bestbuy customer care to install the rangehood. I had lots of inconvenience without cooking for two months in my new home because of not having rangehood

Bad services I have a purchase of a refrigerator and they came to do various services and now no one is responsible anymore they did a job on the ice machine and they left it super ugly and no one took responsibility now I have something that no one wants to take responsibility for I am very disappointed of their services and professionalism they deceive customers and that is not good

Installers for my Range Hood wired it wrong and said that it was defective. I have experience wit AC power and wiring, so I checked their work and found the problem myself. Did not feel comfortable, and returned it for a refund.

Part was not delivered when installation person showed up. He just marked it complete.

I purchased installation with my vent hood and after Best Buy sent 3 companies the job has never been completed nor has my money been refunded for the installation. I have called bestbuy several times with no reprieve what so ever. I have spent several thousands dollars with this company only to receive such horrible customer service. This is very disappointing.

No show , the previous hood and vent isnstallers both did a very very poor job horrible job . It fell off in my daughters hand while we were removing the plastic , they also had to get screws from me

Subccontractor unmounted old range hood, didn’t finish the job, left pieces strewn about and then refused to come back and finish the job. The contractor Best Buy used is called AYS “At Your Service” in southern Maryland. I would not use them again.

Horrific experience! After three no-shows, somebody finally showed up but did a horrible and incomplete job installing every aspect of our entire kitchen. Pieces were left unattached, wire were connected wrong, items didn't work, doors not level, and more. After waiting two more weeks to try to get the installations corrected and finished, I finally gave up on Best Buy / Geek Squad. Never again!

It was dented and did not have the hood extension.

Third time I've tried to replace my non-working hood. We bought Geek Squad extended warranty (which hood is still under) and even bought Total Tech for the new hood except of course, our Monday install has now been delayed to February of next year. I get there are still supply chain issues but this is the 3rd time trying to do this.
