Love this film, thought it would be ok at first but love this movie alot because of the quality of the production. Nice box it comes in as a set, features are great because of the behind the scenes makes it worth seeing how they made the film.

This is the 3rd installment of the reboot of the Planet of the Apes francise. It is true to it's roots and has many references to the original story. You may think it is the final installment, but for me I think they left the door open for a continuing saga.

I am not really into reboots, but these films are amazing. Such great special effects. I think the first two were action packed and kept my attention, but this one had some snoozing moments and had some current political overtones which feel the film would had been better off not having, but. Still a good watch but not my favorite of the three.

So often trilogies are a letdown. Even some of the greats like Star Wars have movies that missed the target. This trilogy with Cesar was probably the best when it came to consistent quality. Definitely worth watching and the picture quality is great in 4K.

I ordered Beats headphones for my granddaughter last Christmas, on line, and got a fake set. I was unable to get my money back or a new set. Had to save this year to get her a set from a reputable store - Best Buy. She will be thrilled Christmas morning!!

This movie seems like it was a little overlooked when it came out. Too bad because it was a very good series that saved the best for last. It's mostly a drama with some really good action at times but this is a very story driven movie that was done well.

This is a really good movie hitting on the planet of the apes franchise. This is the first one of the new remakes of the series. There is 3 in this little movie franchise so far. I like these better than the originals.

While this is a solid film with a great story and great acting it's the weakest in the newest ape movie trilogy. At times you get the feeling everyone is trying too hard or taking the plot a bit too seriously. After having watched all three films I was left feeling there could have been more or maybe we didn't get 100% of what this trilogy could have been.

This movie has a surprising amount of emotional content that is combined well with suspense, philosophy, and comedy. The perspectives presented from both humans and apes is very interesting, and there are intriguing moments throughout the movie.

"War for the Planet of the Apes" is a very good movie. There are a lot of extras on the Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack including a commentary by director Matt Reeves. I do want to say that even though the movie is PG-13, it is a very dark and sad movie to watch.

Bought this for 2 reasons - 1st is the movie itself - love the Planet of the Apes reboots - this is a fantastic movie. 2nd is 4k - though this is only a 2k DI master (not true 4K) it still is an upgrade over the bluray alone - the detail is astounding.

Love anything planet of the apes related. This movie was way better than dawn. Narrative was good and the plot was very entertaining. Not saying dawn was bad, but war flows along better and keeps you entertained throughout. No slow parts in this film.

We bought this movie since we have the first 2 on Bluray. Bought this one in 4K since we had recently bought a 4K tv and player. It's about what we expected for a Planet of the Apes series movie. It's not the best we've seen, but not the worst movie either. We didn't fall asleep on it so it passed approval. :) The 4K quality is definitely great.

Purchased at Best Buy.....after seeing a preview on one of their active TV's on the showroom......glad I did, very enjoyable movie, so clear too....! I purchase numerous blurays/dvds/and 4K disks there, and they all provide many hours of enjoyment.

The film industry as of late has been over saturated with reboots, prequels and sequels upon their franchises. This film proves to audiences that well scripted story-telling is still the key to a great movie. War for the Planet of the Apes is a spectacle in special effects. Andy Serkis deserves all the praise for bringing these characters to life.

This being the third movie in the trilogy was a good way to end the series. Without giving away the ending, by the time you're done watching this movie, you'll know it's over. The Blu-Ray version has a good amount of extras to keep you entertained.

The movie isn't the best in my opinion but not terrible. Steelbook case always nice

this is by far the best planet of the apes movie so far. excellent special effects and cinematography. if there is another one, which at the time of this writing, no rumors have been heard so far, it will have a long way to go to beat this one

Wow yes!!! The planet of the apes movies have always held a special place in my life and with these new ones, its just amazing. This one is the best of the series and does not dissapoint. Buy it? And watch again and again? Yes!

I loved watching this movie with my Dolby atmos surround sound. Paired up with my 4K Blu-ray player. You’ll be immersed into the action with this awesome movie. Don’t wanna give out spoilers but i highly recommed to add to your 4K collection.
