An amazing story well acted with relatively new actors with a blend of seasoned veterans to give the picture flesh. Even though the movie is not a new one, it develops the characters and tells a classic tale of the promise of youth.

Wargames still entertains from the exciting intro to the tense finale. While the technology is outdated, it's great seeing how computer hacking was presented 30 years ago and close to reality it all seems compared to today. The blu ray improves the viewing experience with crisp video and subversive audio. Recommended for fans of 80's films and sci-fi fans.

Loved this movie since I was a kid...It's nice to finally see it in high definition...It's a cautionary tale of how vulnerable our computer networks are, and a bold statement about the very real threat of nuclear war.

I saw this movie so long ago. When I saw it while browsing the movies, I had to buy it. It was a great blast from the past. Great for family movie nights. A little cheesy now but it still holds up.

This movie looks better than ever. The Day After is a good movie to go with this. When America and Russia (in the 1980`s) were wealthy enough to actually afford a war and put us all out of our misery.

Bought it on VHS years ago, but Best Buy had such a great price, I thought I would get the blu-ray version. Worth the price! Was a great movie on VHS, but really great on blu-ray!

A childhood favorite of mine, one that I've purchased several times over. It was time to upgrade to blu ray finally. This one in particular comes with an "art card" on the cover.

This film is one of my first memories of what could happen if someone hacked into the military's defense system. Plus, it got me excited at what computers were capable of.

This movie has great adventure old fashion style. I enjoyed watching it. Its about a computer starting a war by thinking its playing a game.

A lot of fun. Holds up extremely well after 30 or so years. Blu ray transfer was good. Definite improvement over the previous DVD release. For the younger generation, this is about as accurate as Hollywood has ever come to accurately portraying real hacking.

One of Matthew Broderick's earliest and best breakout hits. Great story, very solid supporting cast and an important message film to boot.
