This is a tricky review as I am still left unsure how I feel about the purchase. I had a gift card so I spent $20 of it on this World of Warships gift card. First off, it was not easy to redeem. I spent quite a while trying to figure out how and where to enter the info. The directions on the card are not exactly correct (old info?) Secondly, I thought it would act as $20 cash and I could spend it on a whole list of options, gold, premium ships, or combo packs. Instead when you enter the information, it just give you the general equivalent of the $20 in gold. From there you can spend the gold on all the normal stuff. The problem with this process is you are not able to buy the combo pack of gold/premium days. You have to get them separately and thus, you lose out on the "bonus" aspect of buying the pack. But, in the end, it worked, and you get gold. Not sure if the card is generic and will work on other platforms like Tanks or Planes, as the card was very specific for Ships, and they have another one for Tanks. In the future, if I were to spend money on this game, I would just spend the money directly on the site so I can take advantage of the combo packs. The only reason you would get this is if you are a cash only person and need to find a way to get the cash transferred to gold. Moms & Dads: Do not buy this for your kids unless you are SURE they play this game. This is not a very popular game, and its not for everyone, so this would not make a good "surprise" or "try something new" gift.

World of Warships is a F2P game of naval warfare. The graphics are simply beautiful, and the gameplay is riveting and highly addictive (the "one more game before bed" syndrome). The card itself is used to gain in-game Doubloons, a premium currency which can be used to purchase ships, upgrades, etc in the game. Using the card to add doubloons to your account is a quick and simple process, and I encountered no problems while doing so. In summary, World of Warships is a great game, and if you want to get a little in-game boost and support the people who make it possible, I recommend purchasing one of these cards.

Well worth the price but not good enough for premium ships you will have to buy two cards.

I definitely enjoyed playing this game very much. The graphics were amazing and it was nice being able to play all kinds of various ships.

If you like this game then definetly buy it. Use it to get port slots and premium ships when theyre discountred. A necessary item for this game

I purchased these cards as special gifts for my grandsons. This was a quick and easy way for them to upgrade their gameplay on World of Warships, and an easy way for me to provide them as a gift. Worked the first time online at WoWs with no issues.

Works exactly as advertised. Yields just over 4000 in game gold. Unfortunately can't be used to buy gift shop ships

its a gift card for a great game, I just wish i could use it for more than gold in game maybe in the future.

In game doubloons are always helpful in the game, worth picking up if are are short on them in game
