Best Buy will lose my business for this. What is the point of pre-ordering a game if they can just turn around and delay your order indefinitely? They failed to make sure they had enough stock for the day 1 release. Completely killed my excitement for the game. What a joke of a company. Can’t even deliver a simple video game.

Again screwed on a physical copy from Best Buy! At this point, I have no reason to go into the store anymore. Video game sales are the only reason I visited Best Buy. Back when they had the gamers club I would go in there and buy so much other crap because that gamer club membership gave me a reason to go to Best Buy.

Best buy used to be the place to get your new releases since day 1 . For a couple of years now the service in these stores has clearly come down .good luck getting an item on release date. I get my new videogames at target now .

Pre order got delayed to next week. Cant even switch it to in store pick up as stores havent gotten it either.

Best buy has failed with the pre order od this game, epiclly late and nothing but excuses

Ive heard great reviews of this game so this review is not against the game. I pre ordered this game before its release date and i still have not received my copy. ( 9/16/24) This is just the worst experience ive had with Best buy. Its unfortunate but ive decided to begin pre ordering all my future games from a competitor. Best buy please do better.

Avoid pre-ordering from Best Buy, it’s clear they do not want to deal with physical media. This whole company is trying to become a large appliances only. Ended up canceling my order since it was stuck in limbo as to when it would ship, this isn’t the first time this has happened, try Target or GameStop or even Amazon for physical preorders

Whats the point of offering pre-orders and guranteeing a delievery date to just tirn around and fail to deliver. Two days later and still no update to when it will arrive.

Like the other reviewer said, pre ordered never came customer service sends robot script response no idea when itll be in. Joke.

You cant just walk in and buy it. Oh but they got plenty concord copies.
