It's enormous so you better have counter space. The best thing is that you can toast two slices of something and even toast some more in the oven section if you need to...so 2 kids want 2 waffles each at the same time....No problem. However, the Toaster sticks will bend and can slip down below the slice holding mechanism and it's NOT easy to get them out. It took me more than 15 minutes. Overall, I'm glad I bought it for the quality.

I bought this toaster oven for my wife for Christmas this year. We tried moving to a microwave & convection oven first, but she missed the toaster oven. Since I like my toast made in a traditional toaster slot, this was a good compromise for us. She can bake, broil and reheat in the oven and I can make toast at the same time. The oven is pretty big and takes up a lot of counter top space due to it's dual nature. It works well with the exception of a toast lever that does not always catch when pressed down. The only other thing I did not like was that the toaster crumb tray empties from the side. this means that portion of the counter needs to be cleared before the tray can be removed and cleaned.

This was my first experience using the Waring brand. It was great. I really love the fact that it has the toaster on the side and the optional bagel button as well. The toaster oven itself, heats up super fast and cooks extremely quick. If you are looking for a 2 - in - 1 , then this is definitely worth giving a try.

Purchased as a gift for my aunt and it's perfect! She has little counter space and this is just right. Toasts perfectly according to setting and the oven part heats quickly. She lives alone and rather than use the big oven for one person this is just the right purchase for her!

Overall very happy with the purchase. Was able to have the old fashion toaster a long with the toaster oven. Works for just about anything you want to toast or warm up.

This is a great product have for my home and purchased another one for my vacation home! It works great, love the toaster and toaster oven all in one...it's a step above a regular toaster oven

I can toast my bread, bagel, or even pizza in no time. Has the Oven, which is great for reheating left overs !

works as advertised. No need to reach into the toaster oven and get burned when you have the optimal toaster on the outside

First of all I must say that I have never written a product review, but I feel obligated to do so on this product. I bought one of these Toaster ovens/Toasters. After about a year the Toaster lever would not stay engaged and we had to hold it down to make toast. I called their Customer support and they sent me a new one (Awesome). Fast Forward 8 months and the heating element in the 'New" toaster stopped working for the insides of the 2 pieces of toast, se we would have to toast one side, then flip the toast and do it again. Two weeks of doing that and the lever stopped working, just like the first one did. I find it hard to believe that I got two lemons. My opinion is this is a bad design. We got a toaster for a wedding gift 19 years ago, and it still works but is not very appealing to the eye. I am glad that I did not get rid of the wedding gift. We have not called Customer Service on this one, but it will be interesting to see what they say.
