Who ever "refurbished" the unit did not look at it close enough. The door had an open space of about 1/4 inch all the way around which would let out a lot of heat. Door could not be closed all the way. The left top of the door stuck out more than the right. If it was not for this fact, the oven would have been great because of it's size inside. Good for disabled that can not use a regular sized oven as this can be on top of the counter for easy reach. Unfortunately it went right back to the store and could not test it for the purpose intended.

The "reconditioned" oven arrived in new condition. It works well. It is not particularly noisy. We have used it to bake and to reheat. It comes up to temperature quickly. We have used the convection feature only, that's why we bought it. I did check the rotisserie and it does go around. The oven gets quite hot on the outside when running for a long period of time. It needs to be placed where it has several inches (directions say 4") of clearance on both sides. This was not a problem in our case but could be if you have a restricted counter area.

The oven looked great and all parts were well packed. After turning it on it shut down in seconds, the light worked but no heat or fan. Returned to Best buy and did not want to chance another refurb oven.
