    Ordered this fireplace and my husband went to the store to pick it up. Got home and it looked like the right one, but was wrong sku#. Dimensions were totally different too. No remote either. So knew it was wrong. Called cust. svc. and was told it was human error. They also told me that if they don't have the correct item in stock that they'll send something similar and hope you don't notice. When we returned it to the store the Mgr. was totally rude. Said that they didn't show this sku # that if we re-ordered we'd probably get the incorrect one again. So, is this false advertisement, bait and switch. Very dissatisfied and will never do business with them again.
