Brian is a great technician. I am totally impressed

The Geek Squad guys were terrific. The computer ordering system was horrible. It forgot the additional wiring kit and everything went wrong.

Geek Squad received little support from the manufacturer to install a remote start. Because of that, Geek Squad could not install the remote start made exactly for my car.

The back up camera that was installed in January quit working, geek squad repaired, quit again, geek squad put a new one in stating someone appeared to be cutting the wires, quit working again, geek squad put another brand new one in stating again that it looked like someone was cutting the wires….. now it has quit working again and my husband followed the path of the wiring between the chassis and the bed and this is the problem! Please notify your geek personnel that the wiring route can cause the wires to be cut when traveling on our SC roads!

Initial installation of a poor quality car stereo and backup camera. I was assured it was a top quality system by the salesman. When I brought the vehicle in for it to be diagnosed, I had to wait weeks to get it in. Now I have to have another system installed. The installation is now postponed the day of. Car stereo systems.....go elsewhere. Find professional installers.

I took my laptop to have malware/virus removed, check why it was so slow, reset to factory settings and reinstall Microsoft Office. They did nothing of the sort but install a new “antivirus” Trendy which makes my laptop even slower. I had to reset my laptop to factory settings at home. My previous experiences with Geek Squad in El Centro, California have always been great. This time in San Diego I am very disappointed.

My speaker fix worked for a week and I’m trying to get in again but the store won’t answer phone and they try to schedule me a month out

Was not a pleasant experience working with the Car Audio Technician

scheduled to diagnose and fix radio after 2hrs still not working says he guess is may be amp. But not 100% sure Still no sound from radio wasted two hrs walking around

Caused my battery to drain for over a month and told me to google battery issues with vehicle. Issue did not start until radio was installed. Horrible experience DO NOT GO TAYLOR MI LOCATION!

Worst service ever. Screwed up the install and I almost had to sue them

Levels can be a tad repetitive but it has a great story and gameplay is fun. The art style is unique and the game gives me Bioshock vibes.
