This washer is louder than I prefer. The balance does not work well as it often shows error for it. The machine is VERY loud and almost knocks when it is spinning (especially towels or jeans) with that being said the machine we received had damage to it when delivered (ordered brand new) so I am not sure if the above mentioned issues are due to the damage or otherwise.

If they were here 45 minutes I’d be very surprised. Geek Squad has it goin on ..!! Plus I had them bring hook-ups with them

My order was scheduled for 12/12. I waited a week and a half from purchase date for this delivery. One hour before delivery window, I received a call stating my delivery was canceled due to a truck breaking down. Frustrating, but understandable. I rescheduled for 12/13. The delivery team was kind and moved quickly. However, I was told that whoever told me that a truck broke down lied, and it was a mistake on their end and had overbooked for deliveries that day. Regardless, they installed my new washer and hauled away the old one. When they installed the new hoses, there was a leak only on the hot water side. This had never leaked before. They attempted to tighten the hose to no avail. They instructed me to call a plumber and have them install new connections and shut off valves because they are PVC, then my leak would stop. (Because I am a woman, when I stated it never was an issue before and I believed it to be the new hoses problem, I was told it couldn’t be). When they left, I evaluated the situation. There were two issues. First, they cross threaded the hose, resulting in a leak from the threads. Second, the new hose itself was faulty and was leaking in a location that had nothing to do with my connections. Magically, when I purchased a new hose hours later and installed it, nothing leaked! I’m disappointed that I wasn’t listened to as a knowledgeable and handy individual myself and that I had to buy extra hoses for the washer and hoses purchased from Best Buy a week and a half prior.

Excellent installation done by the Best Buy team. Fully demonstrated all the washer functions and operation.

Those two men did an outstanding job. It was tight quarters too...but they did really well. One even ran me through each setting and told me special things to do for my machine. The gave good advise.

I'll start from best to worst with my almost 2 years of expierence... Pros: Works great for big king size comforters. Nice to have the top wash for a quick wash on kids clothes when they make a mess. Cons: Installation from 3rd party was not great. I had to pull it out and re-do the water and drain lines to allow the washer to be pushed back another 4 inches as this unit requires a bulkier set up. Digital display stopped working and the machine wouldn't turn on. I ended up leaving it unplugged for 20 minutes then plugged it back in and it started working again. But in the meantime the sound before this and afterwards has faded in and out like what you would get from a blown speaker, but primarily doesn't work when cycling through different wash cycles or when the load is finished. I'm assuming the display/control panel is already bad. Also the washer itself is getting louder during its spin cycle. Not a clunking sound or anything like that just louder when spinning & no bumping or clunking sounds as if it were unbalanced though. I believe the drum bearing is also already failing.

They did a really good job with the install of the washer. Simple and painless process

Two men came and did the job very efficiently. They let me know via phone and text they will be here in 30 min. They were right on time and did everything promised.

Our Best Buy delivery team was clean, friendly and made a relatively complex install and stack very easy to navigate. Plus leveled the machines and made sure everything worked before leaving. In and out quickly.

Professional installation with thorough inspection

Although we were well prepared when we entered the store due to the greatest website for consumer consumption AKA Best Buy Dot Com, we were able to meet with our consultant and he was able to give us a couple other fine tuned points really showing us the real world applications of the product. The 2 Young Men Were AWESOME and They Showed Us How To Operate The Units, As These LG's Were Far More Advanced Than We Had Before.
